Lovely stay in spite of atrocious weather.

Cosy clean and great location near to pub and coast paths. Also enjoyed dark skies and amazing stars.

Because the shepherd’s hut is metal we weren’t getting a good Wi-Fi connection. It was better in the garden, but not great

Perfect location, cute accommodation.

The location and view and garden area were superb. Everything we needed was provided in the small kitchen. For a small space it was well equipped and creatively laid out. The decoration was in keeping with a shepherds hut. The complementary bottle of wine, milk, tea bags and muesli were very much appreciated.

Very minor issues: the toilet seemed to be constantly filling, and the mattress was a little thin for larger people.

Amazing location, so close to the pub and a lovely walk down to Chapman's Pool. The Hut is cosy, and has all the amenities you need for a stay away.

A great 1 nights stay close to where I needed to be very early the next morning.

My first stay in a shepherds hut and it was ideal for me . It had everything I needed and was in an ideal position very close to Corfe Castle where I was meeting a photographer at 04.30 the next morning for a photography workshop.

Idyllic beautiful garden

Had the most wonderful stay in Purbeck Shepherd Huts, didn't want to leave. Very comfortable hut with well thought out storage and facilities. Beautiful garden, literally watched an oriental poppy open whilst eating breakfast alfresco. The birdsong was delightful, such a variety of birds. Idyllic setting, could have stayed much longer. My dog really enjoyed the garden too, many thanks.

A superb find; great view when the weather allows, and a rather fine pub next door.

Everything. It was clean, provided all the essential items you might require, great location.

The WiFi was temperamental but I actually loved having no signal or WiFi so I didn’t feel the need to chase this. I encourage anyone else to goes to embrace the no tech vibes as well.

Perfect location and super cosy

It was in an absolutely perfect location. Opposite one of my all time favourite pubs I’ve been in. Super peaceful at night and equipped with everything we needed for the stay. The shower is great! The woodburning stove is wonderful to make it super cosy and warm despite it being January! Highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again.

Superb

Gorgeous to wake up in the morning to a delicious coffee in bed with a view over the fields to the sea! The pub round the corner also serves great pasties and is a lovely local hangout.

There’s no signal as you come into the village, so it’s important to get the check in details before you arrive. The hosts were very good - I called them from the pub and they helped to direct me to the location.

Great quirky property

Great cute little hut with everything you need. Excellent location and free car park next to it.

It gets quite cold during the night even in the summer, it would have been great to have blankets or a winter duvet in the bed. Also comfy chairs/sun loungers in the garden would be handy. Hosts not very responsive.

Great little luxury hideaway

The accommodation was clean and comfortable with some nice touches like fresh milk on the fridge and charcoal for the BBQ. It's also in a fab location - close to a lovely pub and amazing walks on the doorstep. The WiFi is a great touch as mobile reception is non existent! Will definitely be back 🙂

Unique accomodation, perfect location

This little hut is perfectly tucked away and yet is super close to the both car park and the famous Square and Compass pub. It was more spacious than I thought it would be and had practically everything you needed inside.

We were a bit cold on the first night and hunted to see if a blanket was available, but we couldn't find one. Rather than bother the hosts, I retrieved one from the car. So, not really a problem, but a blanket would have been handy.
