About this house rental
The house is exclusively yours during your stay. Our standard listed rate is for 2 guests sharing the same bedroom, additional guests are $50 per person per night for the duration of the booking. 2 guests using 2 bedrooms is an additional $50 per stay to cover laundry costs, (unfortunately this is a cost i have to pass on) So Please let me know at the time of booking i will make the amendment for you.
Retreat 101 is a self contained open plan family friendly getaway situated on 4 acres beach side. With a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor barbecue. Sleeping 6 persons, A queen room and en suite upstairs with own door to balcony. Downstairs has a queen room, third bedroom has 2 single beds, 2nd bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet, with laundry facilities.
The property is situated150m from nine mile beach. A pleasant and scenic 40 min drive to Cole’s bay or take a little longer to stop off at one of the many wineries along the way.
Retreat 101 is a relaxing flat walk along the beach or a short drive to the Historic township of Swansea, which offers a variety of dining, gallery, golf course, boat ramp or just a little further down the road the Berry and Oyster farms. (note) the walk into Swansea is dependent on the tide as there is an inlet that separates Nine mile beach and Swansea, so is best done at low tide.
Keep the Children entertained on the trampoline or tree swing while you relax in the hammock with a cool drink. Those inside days are also catered for with a large rumpus room with digital tv, wii & board games. Or why not light the outdoor fire pot and sit under the stars. ( wood provided)
Come and Beach comb or just take in the extensive bird life.

Number of guests
The number of guests occupying the property for the duration of the appointed dates must not exceed the number specified at the time of booking. Should there be any changes to the number of guests we must be notified.
Dogs and Pets
Strictly no pets allowed.
Check in and Out times
Unless arranged in advance, check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am. Requests for varying times will be accommodated where possible.
Linen & Towels
All linen, blankets, pillows, towels, face washer are supplied.

Great for 4 of us, plenty of space, clean, loved the fire pit. The locality is good, close to the beach and fishing spots, not to mention the lovely East Coast wineries.

Beautiful beach 100m from door. Shops only a short drive away. Lots of local attractions and some further away (1hr) like Freycinet. The drive to anywhere is half the fun - Jesus made some beautiful scenery when He made Tassie.

Was a lovely house but advertised a trampoline and didn’t have one, couldn’t work out the Wii, found a scratch on one of the tv. The grounds were very nice. Not sure about the stairs if one has small kids. The house itself was well equipped. All in all a nice place in a nice location.
