The Isles of Collier Preserve is an amenity rich community offering owners and guests access to the following:
Resort style zero entry pool, Lap Pool, Cabanas, Tennis, Ping Pong, Basketball, Pickleball, Kayak, Paddleboard & Fitness Center free of charge.
There's also an on site restaurant, Overlook Bar & Grill, conveniently located by the community pool.
Exercise, spin, yoga classes and water aerobics offered for an additional fee ($10/class or 10 for $75)
Community boat tours are offered (free of charge) 4 times per day, based on availability….via the sales office.
The property has beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler, pool floats & 3 bicycles.

We stayed in a very well kept, stocked, and meticulously organized home. It was very clean upon arrival, and we found all the necessities as soon as we entered. We did encounter a couple of minor issues throughout our 30 day stay, and iTrip's Tammy followed up promptly and resolved the issues as soon as they could. I would recommend them and hope to utilize their services when we purchase our second home.

We had a great stay and the property exceeded expectations. Tammy and Neil (the property managers) were very attentive and generous. We would highly recommend a stay and will be back!

The home is well-lit, well-designed, and comfortable--in new condition. Tammy, the property manager, went above and beyond to help us have a great experience. Overall, a delightful stay.
