This spacious coastal style home with its own lovely outdoor living and dining areas comes complete with a beautiful pool and spa next to the water. Bright and airy with an open floor plan, the great room, dining room, kitchen and lanai all flow together allowing plenty of room for all.
The home is tastefully decorated with all-new furnishings. Its amazing kitchen is huge with an oversize island, upgraded appliances and plenty of cabinets. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to enjoy meals in your own private home. An outdoor kitchen area has a propane BBQ grill, preparation/serving table and mini-fridge on the lanai.
Lots of room for dining: the round dining table comfortably seats 6 people, the extra large island has 4 swivel chairs, and the outdoor dining table seats another 8 people. The great room with its 12’ ceilings, sofas and swivel chairs, and an entertainment console with a huge TV will provide a comfortable and inviting area to hang out. The 2431 S.F. of living area increases to 2915 S.F. when you take into account the large airy lanai. Add to that the pool and spa area that is fully enclosed in a large screen with panoramic water views and you've got an abundance of room to enjoy.
The serenely decorated large master bedroom (1 King) with its 12’ ceiling and coastal feel has a scenic view of the lanai/pool/spa/water out its large window. A huge walk-in master closet is upgraded with wooden shelving. The master bathroom sparkles with a glass enclosed shower, inviting stand alone tub, double vanity, and private toilet with linen closet. Bedrooms #2 (1 Queen) and Bedroom #3 (2 Twin XL) are perfectly sized for additional guests. The Office can double as a Bedroom #4 (Queen Sleeper Sofa), depending on your requirements. Extra fold out mattress are available (2 Twin XL). A second full size bathroom and powder room (half bath) will handle everyones grooming needs.
Equipped with internet/WiFi and 3 large Smart Roku TVs (75", 65", and 55"), there's plenty of opportunity to stream your favorite TV shows. Note there is no traditional cable box, so you can use your own streaming accounts/device to supplement the free Roku channels. A ring video doorbell covering the exterior front entry helps add a layer of safety & security. This home also has a bright office with a full size desk, office chair, monitor, printer, TV and queen sleeper sofa with french doors, if you decide you need to get some business done during your stay. The laundry room has an upgraded large HE washer and large dryer as well as a large stationary tub. You'll have lots of space in your own 3-car garage with 2 bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, water volleyball net and water basketball net for use in your private pool. Superb! That’s the best way to describe our stay at Nora and Dave’s lovely home! I can’t begin to convey how relaxing and inviting we found the accommodations. They thought of everything, from the meat thermometer to the outdoor refrigerator, from web enabled television on the lanai to the lovely bedding in every room. Every day was a treasure in the home and the community. We walked the great bike and hiking trails every morning and found the fitness center to be fantastic. The Overlook Bar and Grill is wonderful, with live entertainment and great service. While 15-20min from downtown and beaches, the drive was a breeze, especially when returning to the lovely setting of The Isles of Collier Preserve. As far as communication, ease of access and quick follow-ups, Nora was the best!! We are eagerly awaiting a return visit!

Location was great easy to get downtown Naples and Marco.
House was excellent great pool and outdoor area very well equipped had everything you need for a perfect vacation. House is new and very clean with a gourmet kitchen. We were there for two months and would do it again. Expensive but worth it

We enjoyed our month stay at this beautiful brand new home. Just perfect on all levels. The host was very communicative from the initial contact, even supplied video clips to demonstrate how to work things. The kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed. The lanai was one of our favorite areas to relax. The pool and spa were beautiful, with heating and colored lighting. Several of us worked remotely and the house had everything we needed as well. The Isles of Collier Preserve is a great community. Included in our stay was use of the clubhouse, with fitness center, exercise classes for a fee, pools and kayaks. We loved the miles of walking and biking trails. The development itself is only 15 minutes to the downtown area of Naples and also only 20 minutes to Marco Island. One of our favorite beaches there was Tigertail. We hope to return next year!
