Located in the waterfront Brookside community, we are under 10 minutes to everything Naples has to offer! With 3 bedrooms/3full baths, we are the perfect place for couples/families to rest & unwind in the Florida sun! Enjoy biking to Tin City/ 5th Ave (1 mi), boating on Naples Bay (1 mi), or playing pickleball at the US Open Pickleball courts (3 mi). We can't wait to host you!

Amenities, Location, Cleanliness, and Space - it was perfect! The hosts thought of everything and anything you may need. The house was impeccably clean. Perfect spot for families. The house is close to everything you’d want to see while tucked into a nice neighborhood. Can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful family vacation. The house was clean, comfortable and fully stocked. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Dabney is a great host.

Absolutely amazing stay! The house was perfect for our stay, location was central to all of the locations we wanted to visit in the area. Quiet neighborhood that felt extremely safe. The house was well stocked with all amenities needed during our stay and we really appreciated all the items avaialble for our beach trips. The pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus. If I were to ever visit this area again, I would definitely check to see if this home was available.

Everything about this property was wonderful and as described. It was perfect for our short stay and the owner was quick to respond to any questions that we had. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.
