About this apartment rental
Welcome to Botanical Place, a gated community located on desirable Bayshore Drive, just minutes from Olde Naples. This recently remodeled (June 2024) fourth-floor condo offers over 1,400 square feet of beautifully updated living space, featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a screened lanai overlooking the pool, clubhouse, and landscaped garden area.
Our renovation included new furnishings, décor, lighting, appliances, linens, and upgraded finishes throughout. Because we also use the condo ourselves, we’ve furnished it with comfort and convenience in mind. Enjoy large Smart TVs with high-speed internet, premium mattresses, quality linens, and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area.
The primary suite features a king bed, the guest bedroom offers a queen bed, and the den includes two twin beds, making the home ideal for families or groups. The kitchen and bathrooms feature granite countertops and upscale finishes. The living room includes a 50-inch Smart TV, the primary bedroom has a 42-inch Smart TV, the guest room has a 40-inch Smart TV, and the den includes a 42-inch Smart TV.
The screened balcony is furnished with comfortable seating, including two oversized “cuddle” chairs and an ottoman for relaxing after a day at the beach or pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with service for eight, and the laundry room includes a newer washer and dryer along with supplies to make your stay as convenient as possible.
We take pride in offering a clean, uncluttered, and welcoming home. Guests will enjoy high-quality bedding and towels, custom closets, games, puzzles, DVDs, and thoughtful extras throughout the condo. As local owners, we are available if you need assistance or recommendations during your stay.
Additional amenities include beach chairs, pool towels, boogie boards, and other beach and pool accessories. The condo is also handicap accessible, with wide doorways and handrails in the bathrooms and shower area.
The oversized one-car garage provides secure parking and additional storage for beach gear and recreational equipment.
Botanical Place offers resort-style amenities including:
• Large heated pool and spa
• Fitness center
• Grilling area
• Clubhouse with TVs and gathering spaces
• Beautifully maintained walking paths and green spaces
• Secure gated entry with ample guest parking
As required by the condo association, all renters must complete a rental application process, which includes a refundable $225 processing fee. We will provide gate access, parking passes, and amenity access.
The Bayshore Arts District location places you close to some of Naples’ most popular attractions and dining destinations, including:
• Celebration Park food truck park and marina
• The Maddox Restaurant and Rebecca’s Wine Bar
• 7th Avenue Social
• The Real Macaw
• The Med Italian restaurant
• Ankrolab Brewing Company
• Authentic local favorites including Molcajetes and Taqueria San Julian
Nearby attractions include:
• Sugden Regional Park with walking paths, sailing classes, freshwater beach access, and family-friendly events
• Bayview Park boat launch and fishing access on Naples Bay
• Naples Botanical Garden, just one mile away
• East Naples Community Park, home of the annual U.S. Open Pickleball Championships and numerous tournaments throughout the year

My wife and I spent almost 3 weeks at this 4th floor condo in Botanical Place. The hosts, Ted and Angela, were absolutely FABULOUS!! The condo was immaculately clean, incredibly well-stocked with everything we would need and in great physical condition....beautiful view from the lanai, beds were comfortable and kitchen was easy to use. The people at Botanical Place were very friendly and we enjoyed interacting with them at the very nice pool and hot tub. Overall, this was one of our best experiences renting a condo for a winter vacation. Ted and Angela were very welcoming and always available. I would recommend this condo unit with my highest possible enthusiasm. We plan to come back next year.

Our stay was a first rate experience from beginning to end. The owners are very caring of their guests, going above and beyond to ensure the guests needs, as described, are looked after and any questions answered. The unit, it’s contents, amenities and the Botanical property are first class in every way. Very appreciative of the efforts of Ted and Angela and would highly recommend this property.

Everything was effortless from checking in to check out. Ted had everything ready for our arrival and walked us though the check-in process, so felt at home immediately. The unit was in excellent working order and well stocked to accommodate our needs. When we ran into a small glitch, Ted responded immediately. The unit is nicely located to the Botanical gardens, grocery store, restaurants and entertainment. The beach and pier are a short drive away as is Tin City, 5th Ave, and Cambria Park. Sugden Park and Avalon lake is just off the property and within insight from the deck of the unit. The association had a number of activities scheduled during our stay if we didn’t want to go off sight. Check out was as easy as check in!

This was probably hands down one the best places we have stayed at in a while. Ted & Angela were incredible hosts!! They were attentive and so very helpful with tips and suggestions regarding the area. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. Almost anything you could imagine needing was provided. Also, Ted checked in with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed (even offered to help us get a crib for our son!). So very thoughtful!!
Not only was the condo itself perfect, but it’s location is great as well. You are close to a lot of shops, restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. Downtown Naples is a very short drive away, so is the Naples beach & pier. You are also minutes from Sugden Park (we biked there) and a 10 min walk to the Botanical Gardens. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We would 100% recommend staying here and hope to be back soon.
