Holiday home in Salento, a few meters from the sea. Completely renovated. Typical house in stone, with vaulted ceilings, two equipped kitchens with two ovens, one of which microwave, double bathroom, two double bedrooms, panoramic sea view terrace, perfect for alfresco dining. Possibility of an additional bed in the small bedroom. Equipped with every comfort with washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, robot Thermomix and air conditioning. Flat screen television in the living / dining area. Available baby bed and stroller.
The house is on two levels, interconnected yet independent, both from an internal staircase one outside. It fits very well for two couples or families with children. All doors and windows are equipped with mosquito nets, window frames brand new thanks to a recent renovation. Outdoor courtyard, in the back of the house, with washing and outdoor shower with hot water, comfortable. Very tastefully decorated by the owners in keeping with the style of the house.
Located in the village high in the country surrounded by pine trees. Distance from the sea about 100m.

Eine ruhig gelegene und saubere Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht. Die Aussicht von der Terasse aus ist grandios. In ca. 5 Minuten ist man am Meer. Gerne wieder :-)

Bellissima struttura in pietra leccese, fresca e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dal mare.
Unica osservazione: imprecisione della distanza dall'accesso al mare.
