Villa Nicole Vista Mare

Franceso was an amazing host, in terms that he came to the property to meet us waiting outside, helped me get a rental car and made great suggestions for places to visit.

Better communication regarding the type of accommodation, I did not expect a community kitchen and living area. Also, a car is essential for getting around, and clarity on prices for clean sheets and towels upfront.

The location was exactly what we wanted for using as a central place in the southernmost coast of Puglia to stay for a few days and explore as well as access to a few nice places on foot. The host, Francesco, was very nice - shared a guide to the region with some good info and gave us a nice welcome.

The bed was super uncomfortable and I slept horribly. This is the first time I experience this problem so I don't consider myself a sensitive sleeper. The lack of sleep really interfered with my ability to enjoy myself there. Also, the house starts to see some wear and is not matching the photos. Perhaps this is bad timing and we stayed just after the high-season and they will do a bit of maintenance / deep clean during the low season. Also, be aware there are multiple double-room options and one of them has a private bathroom, but is not ensuite. Luckily we were able to choose the other one that has a connected bathroom, but if you have to exit the bedroom and go through a bit of 'shared' area to the bathroom I think that should be very clear in the announcement.
