The apartment is very spacious, clean and cozy. The village is old and lovely with everything you need: a good bakery, places to have breakfast, good restraurants and many free car parks; all within a walking distance. The owner is very nice and waited for us on our arrival. The kitchen is well equipped, good water pressure in the shower and a comfortable bed. Thick walls provide a refreshing temperature inside (we were there in June). We really felt at home and we recommend it !

We stayed in this beautifully preserved medieval home. A real beauty set amongst the traditional village community - complete with not one tower bell but two. Despite our limited French and our host speaking only French, we were respectfully looked after during our long stay. A lack of wi-fi really made things a bit difficult and luckily the wonderful manager of the ‘Villercroze Tourism Office’ made sure we were connected when needed - as did the local library. The house provided plenty of space but stairs need to be considered if very young or less agile folk stay. You may need to check with the host regarding the provision of sheets, towels and hair dryer - particularly, if you are an international visitor. We really loved this house set in the incredibly beautiful village with all that its surroundings offer. Travel from Villercroze to the famous gorges and stunning lakes - you won’t be disappointed. A summer stay in Villecroze

We loved Guy's apartment in Villecroze. The old village is a wonderful and atmospheric setting, and the apartment itself is immaculate, comfortably furnished and well equipped. Guy himself was very friendly and welcoming, although he doesn't speak any English and our rusty French made it a bit difficult to communicate our arrival time and locate the house when we were arriving. But once we were there everything was fine! I'd definitely recommend the apartment for two couples or a family with an older child.

Great Location to discover the region

The property is perfect for two couples. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds comfortable. High ceilings and many original features make this apartment a delight to stay in. The coffee shop which offers breakfast, bakery and convenience store is nearby and there is a supermarket a short drive away. The apartment however I would say is not suitable for someone who has gross mobility difficulties due to the stairs leading up to it.

Nous n'avons pas été déçu entre ce qui nous a été présenté sur le site et la réalité. Chaque pièce de l'appartement est très spacieux. L'hôte est prévenant. De plus il est très bien situé, car de nombreuses activités sont proposées dans le village et aux alentours. Merci !!!!

Séjour fantastique dans un superbe village où l accueil avec les habitants à été merveilleux, je pense notamment à Edith , Hélène et surtout Georgette que je remercie particulièrement pour sa gentillesse, sa bonne humeur , son humour et l accueil chaleureux qu elle nous a prodigué.Nos petites discussions sur le banc le soir ont été des moments magiques que nous n oublierons pas Merci également à Mr Doriac pour sa gentillesse et toutes les explications sur le village et les alentours La location était parfaite à tous points de vue . Un seul mot : allez à Villecroze ; vous reviendrez enchanté de votre séjour et enrichi par la simplicité et le sourire de ses habitants. Merci à vous

Magnifique !

Quelle agréable séjour dans ce magnifique appartement niché entre les murs de ce château datant du 13ème siècle. Vous découvrirez l'entrée ce petit bijou dans les charmantes ruelles du vieux village de Villecroze. Spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé, ce petit nid douillet mérite d'être connu. De plus, les propriétaires sont charmants et chaleureux. J'aurais grand plaisir à revenir.
