Le cadre charmant et cocooning de l’appartement.
Sa situation géographique dans le village.
L’équipement très complet (machine à laver, grille-pain, table à repasser et son fer, aspirateur, cafetière italienne, wifi, 2 ventilateurs…) et toutes les gentilles attentions de la propriétaire (café, thés et infusions, sucre, produits d’hygiène corporelle, de nettoyage, et, 2 petites bouteilles d’eau au frigo en attente d’être consommées par les locataires assoiffés par cette chaleur villecrozienne !)
J’ai tout apprécié.

L’emplacement.
Le fait que la propriétaire a réglé rapidement un problème d’écoulement dans la douche
Le fait de voir le jardin d’un voisin en décharge publique quand on était à la fenêtre.
Manque une climatisation car un ventilateur ne suffit.

Charmant logement très confortable même par forte chaleur et sans climatisation, très propre, bien décoré et bien situé dans un charmant village calme et authentique. Des parkings gratuits sont accessibles à deux pas.
