Ty Coed is a charming semi-detached cottage positioned in the village of Llanberis, on the fringes of Snowdonia. Comprising two bedrooms; a double and a bunk room, this property can sleep four guests. There is also a bathroom with Mira Sport airboost shower, kitchen and sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove. To the exterior is parking for two cars in , along with a front courtyard with furniture. Ty Coed offers homely accommodation full of character to families, couples and friends seeking a healthy break in beautiful North Wales.
Amenities: Electric heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer. Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi, small selection of books, games and DVD's. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Parking for 2 cars in front of property. Front courtyard with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (not in bedrooms please). Sorry, no smoking and no vaping inside. Hotel, bar and restaurant 5 mins walk. Note: Due to the age and nature of the cottage some doorways are low and although single storey and all ground floor there are a couple of internal steps. Note: Charging of Electric vehicles is not permitted at this property.

Town: Llanberis is one of the most popular mountain tourist centres in the Snowdonia National Park; something of a mecca for walkers and climbers, being the starting point for the ascent of Snowdon - the highest mountain in England and Wales. The ascent can be made either by train via the Snowdon Mountain Railway, or on foot along one of the many routes to the summit. The area is also popular for mountain biking, open water swimming and stand up paddle boarding. Within Llanberis itself there are excellent places to eat and drink and many shopping opportunities. Just 7 miles from Llanberis on the coast is Caernarfon with its castle, town walls and beautiful National Trust properties.
