Ideally situated within reaching distance of Snowdonia National Park and the pretty Llyn Padarn, this lovely holiday home offers the perfect setting for families and outdoor enthusiast wishing to explore the beautiful landscape of North Wales.
This comfortable and homely dwelling is tastefully finished to a high standard and boasts quirkiness through its fabulous rear extension, dormer conversion and irregular-shaped rooms, which add appeal, charm and character.
There are some nice touches throughout, and the owners pride themselves on ensuring all your needs are catered for.
Be welcomed into a delightful light and bright sitting room, incorporating a social dining area, inglenook fireplace with exposed stone and lintel, and a warming living-flame electric fire, where you enjoy a quiet night indoors.
The well-equipped kitchen has a lovely slate floor and contemporary units, with steps leading up to a useful utility room and cloakroom.
There are three well-appointed bedrooms on the first floor, including a double and two singles along with a good-sized family bathroom with a chic white suite.
A further bedroom rests on the second floor, home to a king-size bed.
With plenty of pretty walks leading from the doorstep, there are lots of lovely things to see on foot; a steady walk around Llyn Padarn, practically on your doorstep, will allow you to take in the beautiful scenery and for the more energetic, there are lots of walking tracks which lead into the surrounding mountains.
Why not hop on the train to the summit of Snowdon, the station being just a five minute walk away, and enjoy a slow amble back into town whilst building up a thirst to enjoy a drink in one of the many pubs located in the town?

"Great location to walk Snowdon, handy for bus and mountain train. But Llanberis has more to offer to from the lake side, castle and train around the lake it is a beautiful place to stay.
