Enjoy a vacation for the whole family in your own energy-friendly semi-detached house on the unique North Sea island. The semi-detached house is located on a 1600 sqm plot with old trees, at Sanghughwai 1. In your own exclusive house, you have space for 2-4 people. on approx. 92sqm.
The non-smoking house offers you exclusive living in a modern ambience over 3 floors.

The semi-detached house is within walking distance of the historic town center of Nebel. The bus stop "Strandweg" is located near the property, which enables a car-free arrival. You can also walk to a bakery, a supermarket, various restaurants, a bank (Volksbank), a post office, some boutiques, several options for renting bicycles and the beach.
Europe's largest sandy beach is only 1km away and can be reached by bike in about 5 minutes. A walk of about 30 minutes through the dune landscape takes you to the landmark of Amrum, the lighthouse.

Tourist tax:
The landlord pays the tourist tax in advance and has to pay it within 1 week after departure.
The guest cards will be deposited in the local mailbox for them.

Das ausgesprochen schöne, gemütliche und komfortable Haus in Nebel war uns ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt, um von dort aus viele attraktive Orte der Insel zu Fuß erreichen zu können. Herrlich, der Strand und die Weite, bei jedem Wetter!
Allerdings waren wir doch überrascht vom regen Verkehrsaufkommen im und um das Örtchen.

Eine sehr hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung mit schöner Aufteilung. Leider liegt das Haus direkt in einer Kurve an der "Inselhauptstraße", sodass es zeitweise ziemlichen Verkehrslärm von zwei Seiten hatte. Da beide Schlafzimmer nach vorne liegen in Haus 1, war es uns z.B. nicht möglich bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Nicht erwähnt in der Beschreibung ist, dass man zum Benutzen der Sauna das Haus verlassen muss und sie sich auch mit den Bewohnern der anderen Doppelhaushälfte teilen muss. Gleiches gilt für Waschmaschine und Trockner.
