Enjoy a vacation for the whole family in your own energy-friendly semi-detached house on the unique North Sea island. The semi-detached house is located on a 1600 sqm plot with old trees in Sanghughwai 1. In your own exclusive house, you have space for 2-4 people. on approx. 92sqm.
The non-smoking house offers you exclusive living in a modern ambience over 3 floors.

The semi-detached house is within walking distance of the historic town center of Nebel. The bus stop "Strandweg" is located near the property, which enables a car-free arrival. You can also walk to a bakery, a supermarket, various restaurants, a bank (Volksbank), a post office, some boutiques, several options for renting bicycles and the beach.
Europe's largest sandy beach is only 1km away and can be reached by bike in about 5 minutes. A walk of about 30 minutes through the dune landscape takes you to the landmark of Amrum, the lighthouse.

Tourist tax:
The landlord pays the tourist tax in advance and has to pay it within 1 week after departure.
The guest cards will be deposited in the local mailbox for them.

Wir waren das erste Mal auf Amrum und haben nach unserer Einschätzung einen Volltreffer gelandet.
Dieses Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen um einen absolut entspannten Urlaub zu genießen.
Hier passt einfach alles, das Haus innen wie außen, der Garten mit der Terrasse und nicht zu vergessen die hervorragende Lage um diese traumhafte Insel zu entdecken.
Es ist zwar ein strapazierter Begriff aber hier passt er wirklich: "besser geht es nicht"!

Wir hatten ob der Bilder eine hohe Erwartung und wurden keineswegs enttäuscht. Alles ist sehr sauber und wirklich top ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Einzige konstruktive Anmerkung, ein kleines Radio wäre schön.
Die gute Frau Roggenbuck als unsere Ansprechpartnerin war stets erreichbar, super zuverlässig und wir konnten sogar innerhalb einer halben Stunde für einen Tag völlig unkompliziert verlängern.
Alles in Allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub mit einem tollen Domizil in Nebel auf Amrum!!
