The “Seepferdchen” half of the Heidehüs Frisian house is the ideal accommodation for families who want to stay in the heart of the peaceful, rural atmosphere along the North Sea. With 108 m² of living space, you’ll find a total of 4 rooms that can accommodate up to 5 guests. Two bedrooms and three bathrooms ensure that your daily vacation routine remains pleasantly relaxed; in addition, the property is comfortably equipped for your everyday needs. The location is a real highlight: The sea is only about 900 to 1,000 meters away, making the beach easily accessible, and shopping and restaurants are also within a short distance (approx. 1,200 m and 1,000 m, respectively). This allows you to plan your day flexibly—from your first walk along the water to a spontaneous visit to the town of Nebel.
Inside, a modern, family-friendly floor plan awaits you across a total of 3 floors. The living room invites you to relax with its sofa area, armchairs, and a comfortable seating area, while you can enjoy entertainment at any time thanks to a total of three TVs and digital satellite service. Wi-Fi is also available. A fireplace or stove creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler days, and heating and hot water are, of course, provided. For moments of relaxation, the property also offers a private sauna and a relaxation room—perfect for unwinding after long walks on the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could want: an oven, a glass-ceramic stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils. A dining table and a separate dining area make shared meals especially enjoyable. Practical extras like a washing machine and dryer make packing easier and ensure that you’ll have everything ready to go again quickly, even after a trip to the beach. For added household convenience, amenities include an iron, a safe, and laundry service; bed linens and towels are also provided.
Outside, a private garden area with patio furniture awaits you, along with a terrace and a balcony. A beach chair is also provided—ideal for relaxing right by the water. Die Abläufe bzw. Abstimmungen mit dem Amrum Appartement Centrum liefen beeindruckend sehr gut ! Alle Aussagen und Dokumentationen ( von Buchung bis zur Schlüsselrückgabe ) übersichtlich , sofort verständlich und auf dem Punkt ! Besser geht es nicht ! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Service !

Besonders gefallen hat uns der schöne, gepflegte große Garten. Dort kann man schön sitzen und essen, lesen, sich erholen, Frisbee oder Indiaka spielen ohne Nachbarn zu stören oder gestört zu werden. Die Gärtner sind sehr nett und fleißig, sie schauen ständig nach dem Rechten, pflegen und gießen. In der ganzen Nachbarschaft gab es keinen Garten, der uns besser gefallen hätte.
Auch gefallen hat uns die Ausstattung der Badezimmer - isbesondere des großen im ersten Stock! Bislang haben wir in keinem Hotel und erst recht in keiner Ferienwohnung eins gefunden, dass großzügiger gestaltet und besser ausgestattet war. Insgesamt fanden wir, dass das Haus seinen Preis wert ist. Die Ausstattung insgesamt ist toll! Im Verlgeich mit einem Aufenthalt in einem entsprechenden Hotel hat nur das Frühstücksbuffet gefehlt. Wir hatten aber Spaß an der morgendlichen Fahrradtour nach Nebel und all den leckeren Sachen, die man dort beim Bäcker, Schlachter und im Fischladen kaufen konnte. Wenn unsere Urlaubsplanung und die Belegung des Ferienhauses zusammenpassen, kommen wir gerne wieder!
