About this house rental
I Mariana Ranch is facing the asphalt, flat with great leisure area.
It features adult and children's heated pool with chairs and tables with umbrellas and grass soccer field.
Wide area with barbecue, freezer, stove, large wooden table and stools.
In another room game room with pool table and foosball table.
At home we have 03 large bedrooms, living room with fireplace, TV and satellite, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker and utensils.
For only family we are able to lower rent nightly 20 people and 80 people event.
To camps accommodate up to 60-70 people for overnight. We have space for worship hall and cafeteria.

IMPORTANT:
light and water bills included in price, as well as pool cleaning services;
It is charged Cleaning fee if the tenant does not deliver the clean farm in order.
We do not offer bed linen and bath. Personal hygiene and cleaning products such as detergent, disinfectant.
For realization of reserve required deposit of 50% and signing the Rental Agreement for Season + copy of ID and CPF.
Rates subject to change without notice.
Children from 2 years are counted as adult.

Gostaria de deixar aqui a minha satisfação, gostei muito de tudo.A casa super confortável, espaço gostoso.Piscina maravilhosa, só não estava aquecida o suficiente.Talvez por conta do período.Mas valeu muito !

Eu, minha família e convidados gostamos do imóvel, o espaço não é tão grande, mas é bem divido. A piscina aquecida foi um diferencial para a criançada brincar o fim de semana todo na água.
Entendo que preciso de manutenção em algumas partes, principalmente na iluminação da piscina e na mesa de pebolim. Também entendo que precisa mais pratos e talheres para atender a uma recepção de amigos.
No geral gostamos muito e indicaria o local para amigos.

Fomos gentil e atenciosamente tratados pelo caseiro e esposa. A casa estava limpa e arrumada. A piscina ótima. Pequena manutenção no fogão e pia que relatamos ao caseiro. Minha família e eu amamos o local, voltaremos em breve !
