About this house rental
The Farm Mariana 3 is easily accessible on asphalt with great leisure area.
It offers heated adult pool and a children 5x10mts, with chairs and tables with umbrellas and grass soccer field.
Wide area with barbecue, freezer, stove, large wooden table and stools, pool table.
At home we have 04 large rooms with TV room with SKY, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker and utensils.
For only family we are able to lower rent nightly 25 people and 80 people event.
To camps accommodate up to 60-70 people for overnight. We have space for worship hall and cafeteria.

IMPORTANT:
Light and water bills included in price, as well as pool cleaning services;
Cleaning fee is charged if the tenant does not deliver the clean farm in order.
We do not offer bed linen and bath. Personal hygiene and cleaning products such as detergent, disinfectant.
For realization of reserve required deposit of 50% and signing the Rental Agreement for Season + copy of ID and CPF.
Rates subject to change without notice.
Children from 2 years are counted as adult.

Escolher um imóvel via Internet é muitas vezes complicado e inseguro, mas desde o inicio a confiança transmitida pela Dali foi perfeita, meus Parabéns pelo atendimento!
A Localização é perfeita, muito próximo de São Paulo! Pela primeira vez vou a um local sem usar o GPS e é exatamente como descrito no mapa.
As acomodações são perfeitas exatamente como mostra o anúncio!
O Imóvel é super limpo e o Caseiro (Sr. Fernando) muito simpático e prestativo!
Super indico a todos que queira passar um final de semana com a Família e/ou com os amigos, seja para um evento ou para descansar.
Foi difícil vir embora, mas voltarei com certeza muitas e muitas vezes.
Obrigada Sr. Fernando e Dali por nos proporcionar esses momentos, até breve!

Adoramos ter ficado esses dias na chácara M3 lugar agradável,tranquilo a casa e bem confortável com todos os itens para estadia, sem contar com a atenção da Daliane super atenciosa, o caseiro tbm muito prestativo e ainda descustamos de Pães caseiros feitos pela esposa dele. Super recomendo e certeza que voltaremos outras vezes.

Ótima locação, já tinha ido na M2 e já tinha adorado kkkk, mas depois desses dois dias na M3 já quero virar sócia kkkkk, só elogios dos meus amigos. Mas primeiro de tudo, a atenção dada pela Darleane é uma coisa fora do comum, resolvemos tudo por telefore por email. Super indico, cozinha completa, quartos arejados, TV com antena a cabo, piscina aquecida, enfim tudo muito bom. Já estamos programando o próximo kkkk.
