Great house with a very nice garden.
Nice location. Ideal for peace and space during your holiday. Basic facilities available in the village, and nice beaches and towns in the immediate vicinity.

Great property, tastefully renovated and decorated with a huge private and mature garden with lots of different sitting areas - Theres another section of the garden not shown in the pictures.
The town itself is very quiet with a few shops and a little outdoor restaurant (La Ponetere). La Rochelle is about 30mins drive

Que dire sur cette location ? Les jolies photos n‘ont malheureusement pas montré toute la vérité sur l'état de la maison. Lors de notre arrivée et en ouvrant la porte d'entrée, avons été accueilli par une odeur d‘humidité et de moisissure, ceci confirmé par l‘état des plâtres sous les fenêtres avec moisissures.
Une des explications sont des fenêtres ne se fermant pas et partie de s‘ouvrant pas non plus (salle a mangé).
L‘equipement de la cuisine est très basique et pourrait être repensé tout comme un netoyage des carres de fenêtres plus que nécessaire.
Dommage car en soit, la maison a beaucoup de charme.
Malgré tout avons passé un bon séjour dans cette jolie région en raison d‘un magnifique temps et avons essayé de nous acclimater a la situation sur place.
