In our villa, located high up in the heart of the "Little Tuscany" of the charming and authentic Provencal village of "La Colle sur Loup", come to taste the most pleasant stays in an independent apartment of 75 m2 with swimming pool, at the foot of the famous artists' village of "Saint Paul de Vence".
The apartment has private access and parking. It consists of an entrance, a living room with TV and international channels (French, German, English). Equipped kitchen area, hob, oven, washing machine, dishes, refrigerator with freezer compartment. Two bedrooms, a double bed 180, a single bed 140. Bathroom. Two toilets. Washing machine. Linens provided. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi. Non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed.

This was a beautiful place to stay. We were comfortable and secure, and everything we needed was supplied in the rental unit. It was spacious and nicely decorated, making it feel like home. The location was ideal, being close to everything we wanted to see an do, but just far enough away from the bustling activity of the Riveria, to allow us to relax in peace and quiet at the end of the day. Bernard and Uli were lovely hosts and very helpful. We enjoyed our interactions with them.I would highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment with its amazing views and superb pool. The pool and outside areas were huge hits, especially for our son William (4 years old). We enjoyed many meals on the patio and spent lots of quality family time by the pool. It’s an excellent location too, close to Nice airport and great for visiting beaches and villages. Bernard and Uli were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. They were kind, friendly and helpful. We would love to stay at the apartment again if we return to the area.

Bernard and Uli were perfect hosts. The location, in the hills between Nice and Antibes was ideal. We were 12-15 minutes from the Med and six minutes below St Paul du Vence, 18 minutes below Vence, both lovely towns to explore. The apartment was fully equipped and Bernard was very supportive. We did suggest that some under counter lights in the kitchen would be beneficial. The afternoon and evening views from our patio were fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about our stay. The villa itself is perfectly equipped with everything you need. It was very comfortable for a family and offered a nice amount of privacy. The pool area was beautiful and we absolutely loved the charm of the surrounding neighbourhood. Our host was incredibly helpful and offered fantastic tips on local highlights. We will definitely return next time we are in the area!

We couldn’t fault the apartment, and the air conditioning was most welcome and very efficient. Would recommend it to family and friends. Couldn't fault anything!! Apartment, facilities, swimming pool, location & Bernard & uli were all fantastic. Nearby St. Paul de Venice is well worth a visit. To see more of Nice it would be advisable to hire a car but for a relaxing week in the sun it's perfect!!

This is a lovely, spacious, well-appointed apartment. It consists of the whole ground floor of the house and is newly renovated. It is in a quiet, rural area and sits on a height, giving great views of the surrounding area. There is a beautiful pool and seating area in the garden. The owners live in the upper floor and are most welcoming and helpful. There is a hypermarche nearby and an excellent shopping centre, 'Polygone Riviera'. The house makes a great base for sight-seeing. The walled village of St. Paul-de-Vence with its art galleries and art shops is a few minutes away, Nice airport is 20 minutes drive and Antibes, Cannes, St. Jean Cap Ferrat (don't miss the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild), Eze, Monaco, Grasse and Gourdon are all within 30-45 mins drive. We loved every minute of our stay and would love to return to finish the sight-seeing we didn't have time to fit in this time round!!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal bei Uli und Bernard in ihrer tollen Ferienwohnung, und es war genauso gut wie beim ersten Besuch vor 3,5 Jahren. Auch im Frühsommer ist Nizza und die Umgebung absolut eine Reise wert. Bei Uli und Bernard blühen dann alle Bäume, Büsche und Hecken und es riecht überall nach Provence. Wir hatten noch dazu richtig Glück mit dem Wetter, so dass wir auch den Pool wieder richtig ausgenutzt haben. Wir können nur wieder sagen: eine ganz tolle Wohnung in sehr schöner Lage mit supernetten Gastgebern - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Katrin und Stefan aus Hamburg

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Uli und Bernard empfangen. Die Wohnung mit Pool ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, sehr sauber - alles wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Bedingt durch Corona haben wir die Ruhe des Appartments genossen. Man ist trotzdem sehr zentral gelegen, zur Küste sind es 15 Minuten. Weitere Ausflugsziele sind mit einer kurzen Autofahrt zu erreichen. Zu den, in anderen Bewertungen erwähnten, Zielen blieb uns die Fahrt mit dem Dampfzug des Train des Pignes von Pudget-Theniers nach Annot in Erinnerung. Bereits die Anfahrt zum Bahnhof durchs Hinterland ist sehr beeindruckend. Euch alles Gute, gerne kommen wir wieder. VIele Grüße aus Oberbayern. Familie R.

Ein schöner Urlaub in einer faszinierenden Umgebung

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Wir wurden von Ulrike und Bernhard herzlich willkommen geheißen, danach wurde und der Außen-und Innenbereich gezeigt. Der Außenbereich ist mit einem sehr schönen, gepflegten Pool mit vielen Liege-und auch Sitzgmöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr reizend und naturbelassen. Auch das Innere war für uns optimal und gut ausgestattet. In einer knappen halben Stunde sind die schönen Strände zu erreichen, auch Städte wie Nizza, Cannes, Grasse, sind in der Nähe und einen Besuch wert. Auch Monaco ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und ein Besuch lohnt sich. Das Hinterland ist traumhaft schön mit einer beeindruckenden Landschaft. Wir waren begeistert. Ganz besonders hat uns Saint Paul de Vence mit den kleinen Gassen und tollen Restaurants mit atemberaubender Aussicht gefallen. Bernhard und Ulrike sprechen auch deutsch, sind herzlich mit formvollendeten Manieren und waren diskret und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und können das Anwesen zu 100 %weiterempfehlen. Viele Grüße aus dem Sauerland nach La Colle sur loup.

Die Ferienwohnung war ordentlich und besitzt alles, was man benötigt. Es ist wirklich alles sehr liebevoll und mit Blick auf Details eingerichtet. Supermärkte sind in 5-10 min. erreichbar. Der Pool war für uns, das absolute Highlight und war auch super sauber. Alles in allem ein kleines Örtchen, wo man einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Vielen lieben Danke Uli et Bernard für diese wunderbare Woche. Ihr seid ganz feine und liebenswürdige Menschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Uli, lieber Bernard! Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Eurem wundervollen Appartment sehr genossen. Alles war perfekt für uns: Die Lage, die Gegend, die Räumlichkeiten, Ihr als Gastgeber und - natürlich - der Pool! :) Nach einer Woche bei Euch waren wir wirklich restlos erholt. Uli und Bernard sind äußerst nette und zurückhaltende Gastgeber. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Zugang zum Garten und Pool. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und man kann einen entspannten Urlaub verbringen. Die Küche ist etwas dürftig ausgestattet, wir haben das eine oder andere Glas vermisst und das Besteck wird schnell knapp, wenn man gerne vor Ort kocht und isst. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt und alles ist so wie es sein soll. Der Pool ist gepflegt und wir haben ihn mehrmals am Tag benutzt. Nach La Colle sur Loup sind es mit dem Rad wenige Minuten etwas bergab und bergauf. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind schnell und gut zu erreichen. Am Meer ist man auch sehr flott und Cagnes sur Mer hat breite lange Kiesstrände. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. <3

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub im Mas Romy. Die Gastgeber Uli und Bernard sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns gut über die Möglichkeiten vor Ort informiert. Wann immer wir Fragen hatten, standen sie zur Verfügung. Das Haus und der Pool entsprechen zu 100 % der Objektbeschreibung . Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe und Stil eingerichtet. Der Pool ist genial. Alles in allem hatten wir uns super wohlgefühlt und hatten einen tollen und relaxten Urlaub. Mas Romy können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft entsprach den Bildern und Beschreibungen im Inserat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Lage, die geschmackvolle und gemütliche Einrichtung und der tolle Pool. Von der Wohnung aus sind alle umliegenden Destinationen (Nizza, Antibes, Cannes, Monaco und St. Tropez) in 25 Minuten bis maximal 45 Minuten bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es gab keinerlei Grund zur Beschwerde. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend und standen für Rückfragen und Tips jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung. Wir können die Ferienwohnung ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

Traumhafter Urlaub in wunderschöner Landschaft und toller Wohnung

Wir haben die ersten beiden Septemberwochen 2018 bei Uli und Bernard in La Colle sur Loup verbracht und einen wirklich tollen Urlaub gehabt! Zunächst mal die Wohnung: sehr schön und liebevoll, dabei aber auch praktisch eingerichtet- wir haben die Küche und den Grill ausgiebig genutzt, ebenso die Terrasse. Und der Höhepunkt natürlich der private Pool, in dem wir jeden Tag waren (wir hatten 14 Tage Sommer, Sonne, 25-30 Grad). Dann die Lage: die Wohnung liegt perfekt für alle möglichen Arten von Ausflügen: Nizza 20 min mit dem Auto, Antibes nur etwas länger, das Meer gute 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. In Saint-Tropez waren wir in 90 Minuten, alles sehr gut machbar. Nach Saint-Paul de Vence kann man laufen, auch wenn es ziemlich bergauf geht, ebenso nach La Colle ins Dorf, wo wir uns jeden morgen einen Cafe und ein Croissant gegönnt und ein Baguette mitgebracht haben. Und natürlich die wirklich schön zu erwandernde Gorges du Loup, wo man sogar im Fluss baden kann (war dann allerdings etwas kalt, aber was soll's, das muss dann mal sein). Und schließlich die Gastgeber: Uli und Bernard sind supernett und immer ansprechbar, wenn etwas ist. Wir würden großzügig mit hauseigenen Feigen und vor allem mit der selbstgekochten Feigenmarmelade versorgt - lecker! Für die guten Tipps bzgl. Restaurants haben wir uns mit eigenen revanchiert (wer Zeit und Lust und viel Hunger hat: unbedingt die Auberge de la Môle in La Môle besuchen, auch wenn es 1,5 h Fahrzeit sind: das Menü ist fantastisch). Also, insgesamt haben wir einen supertollen, extrem abwechslungsreichen und äußerst entspannenden Urlaub verbracht. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!!! Herzlichen Dank an Uli und Bernard!

Die Vermietete Wohnung von Uli und Bernard war sehr schön , es ist es alles vorhanden was man braucht , für zwei Personen hat sie ausreichend Platz.Das Gelände ist nicht einsehbar und mit einem elektrischen Tor verschlossen.Der sehr schöne und gepflegte Garten mit dem tollen Pool , der uns zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung stand ist toll. Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Romy genossen.Die Wohngegend ist ruhig und alle an grenzenden Orte wie Vence, Saint Paul de Vence, Nizza, Cagnes sur Mer sind nicht weit entfernt und immer eine Besichtigung wert. Alles in allem haben wir uns in den 10 Tagen bei Uli und Bernard sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder unsere Ferien bei ihnen verbringen wollen. Die sehr freundlichen und stets hilfsbereiten Gastgeber Bernard und Uli sorgten für eine gute Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen. Ausstattung und Komfort der Wohnung entsprachen unseren Erwartungen entsprechend den Beschreibungen und den Fotos in der Anzeige. Die Küchenutensilien (Geschirr etc.) könnten etwas kompletter sein, zumal ein Geschirrspüler zur Verfügung steht, und das Bad fällt recht klein aus, was aber die Urlaubsstimmung kaum trübt. Insgesamt ist dieses Urlaubsdomizil sehr zu empfehlen, insbesondere auch wegen der schönen Außenanlagen mit Pool, Terrassen, Garten und herrlicher Aussicht.

Dies ist eine sehr hübsche Wohnung bei sehr netten Vermietern, die gut liegt für Besuche an der Côte d'Azur wie auch für Ausflüge in die kleinen Dörfer in den Hügeln. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, hat einen wunderschönen Pool mit einem Liegedeck. Colle sur Loup wie auch St. Paul de Vence oder Vence selbst liegen sehr nahe und laden mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ein. Jederzeit gerne wieder!!!!
