About this apartment rental
In our villa, located high up in the heart of the "Little Tuscany" of the charming and authentic Provencal village of "La Colle sur Loup", come to taste the most pleasant stays in an independent apartment of 75 m2 with swimming pool, at the foot of the famous artists' village of "Saint Paul de Vence".
The apartment has private access and parking. It consists of an entrance, a living room with TV and international channels (French, German, English). Equipped kitchen area, hob, oven, washing machine, dishes, refrigerator with freezer compartment. Two bedrooms, a double bed 180, a single bed 140. Bathroom. Two toilets. Washing machine. Linens provided. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi. Non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed.
Direct access to the salt pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, panoramic views of the village and hills in a south-west orientation to the ideal sunshine.

Great location with beautiful outdoor and pool area.Bernard was a very welcoming host and check in process was easy.The only downside was that some of the interiors need updating in my opinion. Lighting in the kitchen was poor, there was lack of basic provisions that you get with other short term/holiday rental properties, towels and cushions need replacing and the beds were uncomfortable at best. Putting all that aside we had an enjoyable stay with the outdoor area being outstanding and the host being a decent person.

The perfect accommodation with a fantastic host couple. If you are looking for peace and quiet but at the same time be close to idyllic villages, the sea and the city, this is absolutely perfect. 16 min walk to two villages, 17 min with Car to the sea and then land at home with your own pool and garage. This was a beautiful place to stay. We were comfortable and secure, and everything we needed was supplied in the rental unit. It was spacious and nicely decorated, making it feel like home. The location was ideal, being close to everything we wanted to see an do, but just far enough away from the bustling activity of the Riveria, to allow us to relax in peace and quiet at the end of the day. Bernard and Uli were lovely hosts and very helpful. We enjoyed our interactions with them.I would highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment with its amazing views and superb pool. The pool and outside areas were huge hits, especially for our son William (4 years old). We enjoyed many meals on the patio and spent lots of quality family time by the pool. It’s an excellent location too, close to Nice airport and great for visiting beaches and villages. Bernard and Uli were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. They were kind, friendly and helpful. We would love to stay at the apartment again if we return to the area.
