Estupendo

The apartment had a perfect beach view. We rented a scooter in Valencia, so we could easy go for groceries in Perello or visit the beautiful lake of Albufeira.

Peaceful time in a beautiful place in a magnificent part of the world

The location was perfect, a beautiful apartment facing the sea.It had everything needed for a beautiful stay by the beach.Everything needed in a beautiful home was there .Brilliant bedroom and magnificent shower.

The only downside was that a lot of the local restaurants were closed but a short bus ride (8 mins) to El Perello or to Valencia(35Mins) will more than make up for that. El Perello has many choices next to the beach.

Wow, what a gorgeous view

The property is beautiful and great location on the beach. Every day there was something different to watch from the balcony. People fishing, surfing, para boarding and para surfing. Sand is beautiful and clean. When on the beach, head right it goes on for miles. Tractor comes along on beach, very early and smooths down the sand. The sunrises are gorgeous, they can be seen from balcony or why not go into beach and watch! October beach was quiet. Most restaurants near by are closed in an evening but the apartment is well equipped to do your own thing. Didn't bother us too much as we were just wanting a total chill holiday and we certainly found it staying here. Isabel the owner met us on arrival and was very helpful with suggestions for supermarkets, restaurants and places to visit. Nothing was too much bother. She was only a WhatsApp message away if we needed advice. Isabel has thought about everything you may need during your stay to be comfortable. Overall we highly recommend this property and Isabel is a fantastic hostess.

Great beachfront apartment!

Oh, our stay at this apartment was perfect! It had everything we wanted: location just a few meters from the nice and quiet beach, beautiful view from the living room and terrace, the lovely constant buzz of the waves, less than half a hour drive from city center Valencia. The apartment is nice, clean and compact and contains all the necessary tools and equipment. Just a few km away are the pretty lake and dunes of the natural reserve. And just behind the main road there are the endless rice fields that serve the numerous amazing paella restaurants in El Palmar and around. Best of all perhaps is the owner Isabel whose enthusiasm is contagious. Her many little tips about where to go and eat really added to our experience!

Vue incroyable

Un paradis ! L’appartement est situé sur la plage avec une vue magnifique sur le lever du soleil. La terrasse est ensoleillée du matin jusqu’à 16H environ. L’appartement est très bien équipé (lave-linge et lave-vaisselle), propre et confortable. On peut se garer dans le parking sécurisé au pied de l’immeuble (avec portail automatique). Le wifi est excellent. Le centre est à 25mns en voiture et il y a des balades à vélo (3 vélos en très bon état sont à disposition) à côté. Il y a une petite supérette et un marchand de fruits et légumes à 10mns à pied.

Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer war einfach schön und der Hauptgrund für uns zu buchen.

Die Wohnung hat unmittelbaren Zugang zum Strand und vom Balkon aus einen herrlichen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Wir konnten einen Stellplatz im Hof für unseren PKW nutzen. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei Ankunft und Abreise war total unproblematisch. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit z.B. bei Tipps für Restaurants. Ein sehr großer Supermarkt (7km mit dem Auto) hat alles was man braucht.

Der Ort an sich ist nicht sehr hübsch und die Restaurantauswahl (vieles schon zu im September) war eher gering und wir mussten immer das Auto benutzen.
