The room was spacious and clean, same for the bathroom. The location of the hotel is in a side street within a short walking distance to the centre. Wifi was working ok but if you want to upload anything it might not be sufficient.

The reason for the score we are giving this hotel is the customer service which is pretty low unfortunately. The only smile we received was from the nice cleaning lady who asked whether we needed anything. Otherwise nobody from the staff smiled or even greeted us properly. The morning receptionist looked quite shocked when we said good morning which is probably why we never got a response from him. The waiter who served us breakfast did not greet us either but silently started to put cutlery in front of us and then without introduction gave us the options for breakfast. The hot dishes (menemen, chips and sausage) arrived cold at our table, the coffee was half spilled on the plate underneath so it dripped when I was trying to drink it. I would have been embarrassed to serve this to anybody but obviously the waiter and the kitchen staff didn’t care. Definitely not a four star customer service and not a good representation of Turkish hospitality! Last but not least I asked for a quiet room when I made the booking and it seems like there were plenty of empty rooms in the hotel but the second night they put two guys in the room right next to ours and because the walls are paper thin we woke up and could follow their conversations when they came in at 2 AM in the morning. We finally had to call reception and ask for help given the early morning time but even after that and with ear plugs we couldn’t get any sleep until the neighbours finally stopped talking.
