The location is great. The old trading post was nicely renovated. The rooms are comfortable, maybe a bit small unless you book one of the suites.
If anything, we have wished for some foreign language capability of the staff.

Central location was very handy to everything, the reception desk staff helped us get a carpark out front which was amazing, the restaurant on-site has a huge menu, helpful and friendly staff and huge tasty meals. The breakfast spread was good quality and variety. The hotel room was quite comfortable and cozy for 3 travellers - there was enough space for people and bags, everything was clean, we enjoyed our stay.
There was no hot water for showers in the morning, the restaurant staff were smoking right next to our table while we ate, car parking on the streets nearby is total chaos in the early evening so make time for that on arrival.

The location and building are great - wonderful building and lovely room. Helpful and friendly staff.
The common covered courtyard is the restaurant and it is very smokey starting very early in the morning. The rooms open to this common area so also become smokey. The AC did not function so the room was hot, and the seal around the shower stall was not present so the bathroom floor was considerably wet most of the time.
