Enchanting stone farmhouse, pool, tennis court and several hectares of grounds.

We had a lovely time here. We are a family of Brits - 3 generations, travelling in a group of 10 with dogs during a hot July. The property certainly looks the part externally... really rather beautiful in its setting with all the pretty climbing plants, stonework and period features such as the lovely front door. It is completely private and very peaceful - set as it is a rural area in large attractive gardens with trees all around. Our dogs barely needed walking in fact. Internally, the house was larger than expected, very attractive and very well equipped. It has the feel of a family home, rather than a characterless rental. Everything was very clean; the furniture, fixtures and fittings are all high quality, there is interesting art throughout and there are nice bedrooms and bathrooms to spread out in. We spent most of our time in the pool area, on the west facing veranda or using the games room. The pool is a good size and in good condition... the area around it expansive and very comfortable with an abundance of good furniture. The large and attractive west facing veranda is where we ate and played games into the night. The games building, equipped as it is with pool, table tennis, air hockey and even darts was a real hit - especially with the teens. There were some basic bikes to use which was nice and we also brought a couple with us. We thoroughly enjoyed cycling between the local villages on the very well maintained and quiet local roads. A special place!

Spacious and cool and comfortable house with gorgeous interiors, well equipped. We had a wonderful time.
