About this villa rental
This lovely property provides a relaxing, flexible environment for your holiday, based near to beaches, restaurants as well as being a lovely place to spend time in the brand new (2016) pool area.
The villa is registered holiday lets with the Govern de les Balears Conselleria d'Innovacio, Recerca I Turisme licence number; ETV 10397
The vila has three large bedrooms - two doubles and one twin - allowing for flexible arrangements for adults and children alike.
All bedrooms have their own bathrooms, one ensuite, and have air conditioning.
The private swimming pool has been built in 2016 and is 8m x 4m with steps into the pool. It is around 5ft deep at the maximum so not suitable for diving, but with plenty of space to exercise, play and relax. There is a water feature from the tiled end wall and there is also a built-in cocktail bench in one corner.
The pool is surrounded by an extensive terrace, 2.5m wide around three sides of the pool. There is plenty of space for the wooden sun loungers and deckchairs provided and there are sun parasols for those who want some shade.
There is also a pergola area, with outdoor sofas seating at least eight, or two if being occupied by those having a snooze. This area is tiled with hand-made tiles from a tile manufacturer from Inca in the centre of Mallorca. These tiles are also used under the outside shower area.
Beside the pergola is an outdoor dining table and six chairs, with a further two-person table and chairs that can be added to the main table to seat up to eight for dinner. You can dine here, or on the front terrace which also can seat eight at the table there.
Completing the rear area are the borders to the pool, where we have bougainvillea, passionflower, oleanders and other plants. There is a lawned area beside the other side of the house.
The pool has underwater lights, as well as lights on the villa itself to illuminate the outside after dark.
The house is east facing, so gets sunshine by the pool area for much of the day but there are plentiful areas of shade for those who don't want to be in the sun the whole time.
A new purpose-built barbecue has been installed on the kitchen terrace.
Inside, the spacious lounge/diner with sofas, dining table and chairs, air con, ceiling fan, Smart TV, DVD and WIFI, french doors which open out to the lovely furnished front terrace perfect for al fresco meals. Steps lead down to the pretty front garden and you can place tables and chairs here to provide a separate chill out area away from the rear terraces if you wish.
The fully equipped kitchen has oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, large fridge-freezer and door to a small kitchen terrace with barbeque and the rear pool area.
A twin and double bedroom with air con and fitted wardrobes have use of the two family bathrooms.
A few steps lead up to to the bright master bedroom with ceiling fan and en suite shower room. There is room here for a cot or extra bed for a child.
Near the pool is the pool room with adjoining shower room, toilet and basin as well as being the location of the washing machine. We have also placed the old fridge here to be used as an overflow or handy drinks fridge for easy access from the outside seating areas and pool.

Had a fabulous stay, communication with the owner was great, the property is very clean and well equipped, great facilities and a really lovely pool area. Location is perfect just a short walk from the beach. I'd highly recommend.

We had a great 10 days at this villa! 2 adults and 4 teenagers/20somethings. Villa was perfect for us and had everything you could need in the kitchen and living areas. Pool was amazing and had lidos and pool floats etc. Lots of home comforts inside. Only criticism I can find is that showers could have been a bit more modern but the pool area more than made up for this! Was a great location for us as we didn't want to hire a car and we didn't need to here. Kids could go off on their own and so could we. Lovely part of PP - quiet and residential but right near the beach and some nice restaurants with a 20/25 min walk to the port and main square area. Taxis only 7 euros.

Our family enjoyed a lovely 10 day stay at this brilliantly-located villa, easy to reach with ample on-street parking and a 3 minute walk to the beach with its laid-back bars and nearby restaurants.
Inside the villa was everything we needed, with a well-equipped kitchen, large living room, and 3 good-sized bedrooms, one ensuite up a short flight of stairs, the other two on the main floor along with 2 bathrooms.
Inside was absolutely fine, but the outside areas were what really worked for us. At the front, a great terrace with dining table, accessed through patio doors from the living room, and the perfect place to escape the heat of the sun during the day or watch the sunset over the Tramuntana mountains in the evening. To one side, a small kitchen terrace with BBQ, which we didn't use but all looked good.
To the rear, the jewel in this villa's crown - a new swimming pool and terrace area, with covered sofas, another dining table, loungers and deckchairs, and a terrific "pool room" with 2 beds, shower, toilet, washing machine, drying racks, and an essential poolside fridge/freezer - oh, and a load of inflatables/floats/pool toys that made our boys' holiday. The pool has been created to the highest standard - beautiful to look at, surrounded by anti-slip wood-effect tiles, with easy steps to access and shallow enough at that end for my 6 year old twins to stand up in. At the "deep" end, adults can still stand, plus there's a thoughtful L-shaped ledge giving kids a place to stand too. A fab family pool and a great place to just while away the day.
We were delighted with our choice, and with the excellent communications from the villa owner Tristan and his local agent Jan. Highly recommended.

Excellent accommodation for a family holiday, great pool and surrounding seating, fully equipped kitchen.
Easy access to mountains for cycling and cycle hire shops very nearby.
Some very good local restaurants just a round the corner.
