This villa is an excellent choice for elder couples and families of four, offering comfort and convenience for a relaxing stay in an idylic village. It offers stunning sea views while ensuring privacy from the adjacent road and the surrounding area. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room , two spacious, traditionally furnitured, and cozy living rooms, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The single floor villa is easily accessible from the main road and it is suitable for children and elderly. All the main rooms have direct and easy access to the surrounding open terraces and the swimming pool. The in-house housekeepers who stay in the lower separate studio, also guarantee that the villa will be ready on time and well-maintained in a daily basis.

Villa Liladi is a simply wonderful villa. My wife and I had a two-week holiday based there and can unreservedly recommend it. Its location is perfect, affording peaceful and stunning views from its terrace of the seas separating Kephalonia from the smaller island of Ithica and the Greek mainland. It is also just some 4 km from the lovely, busy harbour (‘Yachty’ ) town of Fiskardo and just 3 km from the heavenly uncrowded beach at Foki Bay and others near-by. The villa itself is charming, built on a traditional style, and is well equipped for all needs, especially the lovely private swimming pool to enjoy. One of the unexpected delights of the villa is the on-site presence of the housekeeper Makis and his wife, who live discretely in an apartment below the villa. They efficiently answered any queries we had, provided first class service tending the pool etc and gave us home-made treats from their kitchen during our stay. This gesture and the villa itself made our holiday memorable. An exceptional property.

The property is fantastic. Exactly as described, stunning views over to Ithaca and Lefkas. So quiet that on occasion the only sound heard was goat bells.Only a few minutes drive to the obscenely pretty Fiskardo and some fabulous waterside restaurants. You do need a car because Evreti is a hamlet rather than a village and has no shops or facilities.The pool area is superb (not warm enough in May to use regularly unless you are very brave or clinically insane!)We were directed by Makis (Makis and Kassiani are the caretakers/housekeepers) to the mysterious and seldom found Evreti beach which was worth the walk to and for most of our time there we had it to ourselves. Crystal clear waters which we just had to swim in despite the challenging water temperature.Makis and Kassiani were charming and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will be returning next year , probably June or September to make the most of the pool and a warmer sea!Thank you NikosBest wishesMike and Pat
