About this house rental
Villa Chiara is the independent end-portion of a recently renovated typical Tuscany "casale" (villa), located on a hill in the beautiful countryside, about 4. 5 km from the medieval walls of the city of Lucca. This surrounding is extremely quiet and out of noisy touristic paths.
The whole villa is located in the middle of a 30,000sqm green area with a large shared swimming pool and private parking for your car.
The house (about 100sqm) is very bright but fresh, with refined country-chic furniture, and is divided into two floors with an internal staircase.
The ground floor (about 50sqm) is composed of:
a large living room (with color TV),
a dining area (fully equipped for 10 persons),
a kitchen (fully equipped, with gas burner, oven, espresso coffee machines, etc.),
a bathroom (with shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin, hairdryer, etc.).
The upper floor (about 50sqm) is composed of:
two bedrooms, one (about 25sqm) with a king size bed, the second (about 17sqm) with a queen size bed,
a bathroom (with shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin, hairdryer, etc.),
a small corridor.
The house heating is automatically controlled according to your desire.
The private garden (about 350sqm), with direct entrance from the living room, has sunshine light almost all day long. It is equipped with teak-wood furniture to eat outside under a shady gazebo covering the whole external dining area, besides a relaxation area under a large sun umbrella.
Guests are welcome in the house, in the private garden, in the whole green space, and in the swimming pool area.

We had a lovely stay af Villa Chiara. It offers a private get away where you can unwind and enjoy the lovely Tuscany views. It’s located just minutes away from Lucca. The house is situated at the end of a road which results in a very peaceful and quiet location. You will not be disturbed by traffic.The house has everything as presented in the pictures. The garden is fully private which we liked very much. The house in decorated with care and is absolutely the opposite of a standerd location. So you will feel home right away. With two bathrooms, very well functioning airconditioning and a large swimmingpool everything you need. The communication with the host Ingrid is very good, she is always available to help. For anyone who wants to book this locations, don’t hesitate it won’t disappoint.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Chiara. It is a beautiful home to spend your holiday. The villa has a lovely garden with an outdoor dining set and a large swimming pool. The house is very nicely decorated and the temperature inside the house is perfect thanks to the airco. We very much recommend villa Chiara. Thanks to the very friendly owner Carlo and the local agent Ingrid who did her utmost to make our stay unforgettable.

Loved the tranquility of this apartment. Very comfortable and well equipped. Great communication with host. You will need a car but worth the drive.

C’est une charmante petite maison, décorée avec goût. Elle est assez bien équipée côté cuisine mais un barbecue serait le bienvenu. Elle dispose aussi d’une machine à laver, bien pratique. Par contre le Wiffi n’est pas très rapide et pas de climatisation.
La maison et ses abords (piscine) sont en pleine nature et au vent, ce qui est bienvenu. Le jardin réservé à la maison est très plaisant et joliment fleuri mais la terrasse qui accueille la table pour les repas mériterait d’être mieux entretenue, beaucoup de charme mais peu pratique. Si l’ensemble de la maison est propre, la cuisine (crédence et certains ustensiles de cuisine) avait été négligée lors du dernier nettoyage...
C’est a priori un endroit calme mais sans oublier le concert nocturne du chien de la maison d’à côté (dont n’est pas responsable notre hôte bien entendu). De plus, la location étant mitoyenne, l’insonorisation n’est pas au top.
Petit conseil, changer le lit « double » de la 2e chambre car il est branlant.
Localisation à qq km de Lucca est parfaite !
