L'Orto di Beppe boasts an enviable position, just 2 km from the center of Lucca reachable comfortably via the cycle path.
Exclusivity is guaranteed at each booking, you are not forced to share your spaces with other guests.
The rustic develops on two floors, on the ground floor living area, kitchen and dining area, on the first floor large living area with a sofa bed, dining area and kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and adjacent cabinetry cabin, bedroom With a French bed and a single bed, complete a bathroom.
Porch in front of the swimming pool.
In the private garden there is an unheated swimming pool of 10x5, changing room/bathroom, spa with whirlpool tub, sauna and emotional shower.
Bicycles available.
The property is shared with the owners who live in another structure and the outdoor spaces are separated.
Beppe's garden is located between the fascinating walled city of Lucca and the sea of nearby Versilia. It is connected to the Florence-Mare and Genoa-Livorno motorways, whose toll booths are just two kilometers away.
A few tens of meters, along via Sarzanese, there are bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, pizzerias, restaurants and cellars.
The historic center of Lucca is two kilometers, fifteen minutes on foot, five minutes by bicycle.
Do not miss an unforgettable bicycle ride through walls (4.2 km) and in two minutes you arrive at the river bank in the Serchio river park, where you can travel a path reserved for pedestrians and bicycles on both sides, in the green.

We stayed here as a family of 3 (in the main house) with our friends, a couple (in the poolside annex) last week. Both properties are beautifully and tastefully decorated and really do have everything you would ever need. All modern appliances and well equipped facilities. We always ate outdoors at the huge table and enjoyed a few barbecues too. The pool is huge and nice and deep too and was cleaned daily by the owner. We didn't use the wellness area, but another nice feature should you choose to use it. The complimentary bikes were a great bonus and we took great advantage of cycling into Lucca walls (flat 2k away) along the cycle track at the side of the main road. We ate in two of the very nearby pizzerias during our stay (Mary Frank's just round from the very huge and fantastic Co-Op supermarket which is only 3 min walk away) and also another pizzeria across the road from the gorgeous patisserie. Property ideal for also getting buses to nearby Viareggio or into Lucca. We cycled into Lucca and caught bus to Florence (which is only 55 mins away). Huge thank you to Analissa, the property manager who looks after this beautiful home for the owners. She was always at the end of the phone to arrange taxis for us (which is a nightmare in Lucca as you can't prebook) and gave us great recommendations for eateries and things to do. She also meets you at the property upon your arrival to show you round and give some advice. Thanks also for drinks & food on arrival.

I stayed at this property with my family of four for 10 days. Everything was perfect. The spacious garden with a lot of space for children to play, the large swimming pool, the separate spa-area comprising both a sauna and whirlpool, and the apartment itself were all great and made for a lovely stay. There is a large supermarkt and plenty of restaurants nearby, and downtown Lucca is a short (bike) ride away. The hosts are kind and responsive. Considering the amenities of the accommodation, this was a great value compared to other available places in the area. Definitely recommended.

We had a totally amazing time in Lucca staying at Stefano's property. The welcome was lovely, with a little meat and cheese board welcoming us. The kitchen was superbly stocked with all the equipment you'd need. The bed was really comfy and the upstairs shower room was very boutique. We didn't use the spa area as the weather was so hot and we were in the pool so much, but it looked really professional and fun. We used the bikes a couple of days to cycle in to Lucca, both along the river and also along the wide cycle path that runs alongside the road. We discovered an amazing supermarket about 5 minutes walk away, the Coop, fresh vegetables, fish, and meat, and so many different types of pasta. Amazing. We would definitely recommend this property. Oh, and how can I forget the wonderful Annalisa who helped us get a taxi back to Pisa airport, she was so helpful and friendly.

Annnalisa was the very efficient manager of our stay: very welcoming and friendly, gives very good advices, always responsive and solution oriented (quickly organized extra blankets, heating up the appartment) The spa is very nicely conceived, the large therapeutic bath is very confortable! This open-space little appartment is very confortable for a couple or a family with young children. The main bedroom (comfy mattress) is in the mezzanine... with its positiv and down sides (too much heat accumulating, noise from heating system or from the air conditionner). We had great pleasure riding to Lucca along the river path with their 2 city bikes at our disposal: they come in very handy in this relatively large citadel ! Great location if you have a car, no traffic or neighborhood noise.

Property is easily located within walking distance to the center of Lucca. Additionally, the Lam Blu bus has regular stops into town for visiting Lucca or to get busses to other destinations. The bus stop is not not far from the house and tickets can be purchased at the Tabbacheria across the street from the bus stop. We usually rent a car, but this time we were able to utilize public transportation for most of our needs. Visits to Viareggio, Pisa, and Montecatini are easily accessible via the bus from in Lucca Center. The house more than met our needs. Was clean, comfortable and quite lovely. The owners are very nice and helpful. Stefan’s and Alessia were very gracious. Annalisa, there assistant is extremely helpful for all your needs and questions regarding the area. She will also provide car transportation when necessary. We cannot say enough positive things about this property. Again, thank you Stefan’s, Alessia, and Annalisa for a memorable vacation. The villa is small ideal for two, spotless and nicely presented, modern airy and private, it has everything you need, the pool isn’t heated but we had great weather so by late afternoon perfect for cooling down. Annalisa is the lovely lady who calls by from time to time to make sure all is well, she took us shopping for supplies on our arrival to the coop supermarket around the corner, she is also available for taxi service in house cooking and general help where needed for a small hourly rate, I wish I could of brought her back with me 😀� we enjoyed the bike rides into Lucca, these are made available to guests free of charge. Great for families

Great for families

We had an excellent time, despite mixed weather. The house, garden and pool are just lovely, and very private. The bicycles we were lent (including ones suitable for our ten and twelve year olds) meant we could cycle into the centre of Lucca in less than ten minutes. Lucca itself is gorgeous , with loads of great shops and restaurants. From there you can easily travel to the coast , Pisa or Florence for day trips via bus or train. Anna Lisa’s excellent English (and French and German!) provide real peace of mind, as does her friendly demeanour.

My husband and I have just spent a week in this wonderful house situated behind the owners own property.We were welcomed on our late arrival by Stefano and his wife Alleisia and Annalisa who had prepared a lovely supper for us.The accomodation is exceptional as are the hosts,all of them willing to help at any time The facilities are fantastic, dishwasher,washing machine, toaster,microwave and all the crockery and cutlery required when self catering.The air conditioning is excellent and was much appreciated as it was very hot. We used the bikes provided and cycled to Lucca and around the walls. Bathroom facilities are great as there are 2,one from the bedroom and one outside easy accessible when using the pool.As for the pool,we had exclusive use anytime of the day just steps away from the terrace and it is amazing with a shallow area ideal to sit with a drink. We dined on the terrace for breakfast, lunch and tea when we did not eat out.We ate locally twice and had very good meals.There is a bus to the centre Luccca from round the corner which is well worth visiting as it has so much history.Annalisa was a wonderful tour guide,host,advisor and great company,we went out for pizza together and was joined later on our terrace by Stefano and Alleisia for drinks and Italian ice cream.Thank you to them all for helping us have a wonderful holiday in their wonderful place.It ticked every box for us ,it is a little gem and I am so glad we found it .

Wir waren zu viert eine Woche in dieser bezaubernden Unterkunft. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Ein super Haus, ein toller Pool, ein schöner Wellness Bereich einfach herrlich. Alles sehr liebevoll aufeinander abgestimmt. Stefano, Alessia und Annalisa super freundlich, immer hilfsbereit, tolle Ideen und Vorschläge. Es gibt einfach nichts, was in dieser Woche nicht gepasst hat. Neben dem tollen Ferienhaus 3 wunderbare Menschen kennengelernt. Danke auch bzgl. der ganzen Senza Glutine Tipps ;-) Bleibt gesund und vielleicht sehen wir uns ja wieder. :-)

Wir haben das Haus frisch geputzt und wohlriechend übernommen. In der Küche ist alles ausreichend und in einem sehr guten Zustand (Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe) vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Zu unserer Zeit war es sehr warm und wir haben uns im Pool, welcher vom Eigentümer täglich gereinigt wurde sehr gut abkühlen können. Durch die vorhandenen Klimaanlagen konnten wir das Haus auf unsere Temperaturwünsche einstellen und einen guten Schlaf sicherstellen. Für die kühleren Tage im Herbst ist ein sehr schönes Spa mit großem Whirlpool, Sauna, Dusche u.a. mit Raindance Duschkopf und Liegen vorhanden. Die Betreuung durch Alessia, Stefano und Annalisa (welche sehr gut Deutsch spricht) hätte nicht besser sein können. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Superruhig gelegen. Trotzdem stadtnah und Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt um Lucca und Umgebung zu erkunden und gleichzeitig im großartigen Spa (Sauna, Whirlpool, Pool) zu entspannen. Sogar Fahrräder um am nahen Flussufer nach Lucca zu radeln sind dabei. ( bitte von den Rädern nicht zuviel erwarten). Annalissa hat immer einen Tip und antwortet prompt auf jede Frage. Selbst ein schöner Pelletofen für kühle Abende fehlt nicht. Absolut top. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Wir waren als Familie für zwei Wochen da. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Highlight ist der tolle Pool ca 5x10 Meter und das Spa mit whirlpool und toller Dusche. Die Sauna lädt im Herbst oder Winter zum Aufenthalt ein. Die Leihräder standen schon für uns bereit und die sehr herzliche Annalisa war für uns immer ansprechbar. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in Lucca verbracht. Das Haus ist als Ausgangspunkt sehr zu empfehlen. Wir konnten auch Pisa, den Strand, Florenz und Cinque Terre in kurzer Fahrzeit gut erkunden. Das Haus hat eine gute Ausstattung und ist optimal für eine Familie. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und wir den Spabereich. The house was perfect for a getaway for our family for a couple of days. The ambiente of house, the entrance, the pool with spa area are just great! Check-in and check-out were very easy; the place is very calm and quite but shopping, coffee and pizzeria are reachable in 5min walking distance. We rented the house for four people and it was just perfect. The facilities, decoration and especially the spa area were absolutely great. Everything what you need for preparing food is provided. The garden and the outside pool is really big and gives enough space to spend some hours in the sun. The host was more than lovely and helped us with every question we had. Perfect and easy check-in and check-out. Location is very calm, but grocery shopping is reachable within 5 minutes walking. Biking to Lucca was a great experience with the provided bikes and took us about 15 minutes. Very lovely city. We will definitely come back next year for this amazing accommodation! Thanks for everything!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dem Haus sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Spa-Bereich war wirklich toll. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und konnten uns immer an die Vermieter und Annalisa wenden. Außerdem kam uns immer das liebe und süße Kätzchen Camilla besuchen :) Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

L'orto di Beppe ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Städtetrip nach Lucca und Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter Anfang Oktober 2020 und haben die Zeit im Haus sehr genossen. AnnaLisa hat uns in Empfang genommen und durch ihre guten Deutschkennnisse perfekt betreut. Das Haus war sehr sauber, Pool und Spa Bereich wurden von uns oft genutzt. Insgesamt eine sehr erholsame Woche. Restaurant Tip: Trattoria BUFFARDELLO' DA Andrea, Via Nuova per Pisa ( Hervorragend) und Pizzeria Da Ninni, Via Giovanni Guidiccioni 266, Lucca ( super leckere Pizza ).

Von Anfang bis Ende konnten wir perfekt entspannen. Private Spa, großer Pool und top ausgestattetes Haus lassen keine Wünsche übrig. Lucca ist sehr leicht mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar (inklusive). Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Wochen in Luca. Das Haus befindet sich auf dem Grundstück der Vermieter und liegt am Ortsrand von Lucca. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und in sehr gutem Zustand. Im Haus befindet sich ein großer Raum mit 6 Schlafmöglichkeiten und ein Bad. Ein weiteres Bad ist einem weiteren Außengebäude. Besonders schön ist der Anbau mit dem Wellnessbereich (Wirhlpool und Sauna). Ca. 200m vom Haus befindet sich ein großer Supermakt und viele weitere Geschäfte. Sehr komfortabel ist, dass die Vermieter Fahrräder zur Verfügung stellen. Es gibt für jedes Kindesalter entsprechende Fahrräder. Mit diesen kann man über einen komfortablen Radweg in ca. 15min nach Lucca fahren.

sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus, gemütlich und sauber konnten im August sogar den Spa Bereich nutzen, da ein Regentag dabei war. Höchst spannend für die Kinder. Der Pool war größer als erwartet. Konnten uns jederzeit an die nette Hausdame Annalisa wenden.

Wir haben in den Herbstferien das Objekt Beppe Garden für knapp zwei Wochen gebucht. Das Haus, der Garten mit großem Pool zu 100% den Beschreibungen. Ein Highlight des Objektes ist der neu errichtete SPA-Bereich. Ein Whirlpool-Pool, eine Sauna, eine komfortable Dusche und zwei Relax-Liegen waren echt der Knaller. Insbesondere in der kalten Jahreszeit (Spätherbst-Winter) ist der SPA-Bereich eine tolle Möglichkeit auch kalte Tage gemütlich und warm ausklingen zu lassen. Familie Bertolucci hat stets Ihre Hilfe angeboten und uns entsprechend unterstützt. Vielen Dank noch einmal. Hinzu kam noch die legendäre Signora Annalisa. Annalisa spricht fließend deutsch, englisch, französisch und wen soll es wundern - Italienisch. Annalisa war für uns die erste Ansprechpartnerin. Reisetips, Restaurantempfehlungen und vieles mehr konnten wir immer bei Ihr abrufen. Rundum - Ein toller Urlaub. GRAZIE ...vielleicht das nächste mal im Winter !!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Stefano. Le jardin est vaste et très bien entretenu, tout comme la piscine. Maison propre et décorée avec goût. Linge de maison impeccable. We love L´orto di Beppe

Nachdem wir 1 Woche auf einem Borgo in der ländlichen Toskana verbracht hatten, konnten wir hier die städtische Toskana geniessen- mit dem gleichen Luxus wie auf dem Land (Pool, Terrasse, Klimaanlage). Das Haus ist nicht nur voll ausgestattet, sondern auch noch bis ins Detail hübsch aufgemacht. Die Möglichkeit mit den bereit gestellten Fahrrädern in die Stadt zu fahren ist genial- Lucca ist zauberhaft und Kinder freundlich. Ausflüge ans Meer, in die Marmorsteinbrüche, Pisa usw. sind machbar innerhalb von max. 1 Stunde mit dem Auto. Somit war für alle was dabei- Eltern und Kinder (11 und 6 J.) glücklich! Danke Alessia und Stefano!
