Die Unterkunft ist optimal gelegen und gut ausgestattet.Vom Balkon hat man einen superschönen Blick zum Bodden. Auch die Größe der Räume ist angenehm und die Teppiche im Wohnbereich vermitteln eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Die Heizung wärmte die Räume sehr schnell und mit dem bereitgelegten Infomaterial konnte man sich einen wirklich guten Überblick verschaffen.

Die Wohnung war nicht gelüftet und roch bei der Ankunft ziemlich muffig.Der Kühlschrank war nicht eingeschaltet, der Balkon ziemlich schmutzig ( überall Spinnweben an Dachschräge u Geländer ) und leider funktionierte das Wlan überhaupt nicht. Dazu war die Fewo vom 2.Tag an doppelt gebucht, sodass die neuen Gäste zunächst eine andere Wohnung beziehen mussten.
