The exquisitely furnished and child-friendly apartment with south facing parking on the property located at ground level in a modern, well-kept house. It is exclusive and homely furnished with modern furniture and enjoys a tranquil location near the beach - relax with a beach chair on the terrace as well as table and chairs / umbrella.
As a free `Zugabe`steht a wireless internet for free use.
The living room is furnished with comfortable sofa bed, DVD player, Hi-Fi and flat-screen TV. The dining and kitchen area convinced Duch a dishwasher, ceramic hob and a microwave with grill.
There is a spacious bedroom with wardrobe and double bed and a smaller second Bedroom with bunk beds (90 x 200cm) and glass door, which is particularly popular with children. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed available.
From the living / dining room and the terrace with the adjacent large plot you have a magnificent sea view of the Bay of Greifswald, from the bedroom to the "Zicker Alps".
The apartment is south facing, so you get the sun all day here!
Numerous attractions in the area I: Around Groß Zicker, which is part of Gager, and all over the island there are numerous attractions that guarantee a varied holiday. Thus, besides the nearby seaside resorts Göhren, Sellin and Binz a water park (open in winter), you can horseback riding and biking (many bike Rental in place, the next directly behind the house), the 'Racing Roland' - an old steam locomotive - travels all over near and ends in Göhren, there are holiday farms with many attractions for children, are in the summer sand festival of sand sculptures, there are climbing woods and ropes courses, (z. B. Bergen and Prora on Binz), the island toboggan run (summer - and winter) in Bergen, one can marvel at the chalk cliffs, go to the Bird Park Marlow, the hunting lodge Granitz marvel to visit the submarine museum or the zoo in Sassnitz, go to the kart and quad track at Bergen or aircraft and helicopter tours (z. Die Lage mit Blick auf den Bodden und 3 km bis zum Strand ist super!
Das Doppelbett ist bequem.
Das sehr kleine Kinderschlafzimmer - nur wenig größer als das Doppelstockbett hat kein Fenster. Wozu brauchen Kinder auch frische Luft beim Schlafen. Wir haben ersatzweise die Zimmertür über Nacht offen gelassen. Ein Schrank ist auch nicht da, der passt auch gar nicht rein. In der Zeit, in der Kinder schon im Bett sind und die Eltern noch nicht muss man zusehen, dass man im Flur ohne Licht auskommt. Da die Zimmertür aus Glas ist hat man auch da sonst gleich eine Beleuchtung. Und für den Fall das man den falschen Schalter erwischt macht man statt des Flurlichtes gleich das Licht im Kinderzimmer an.
Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr sparsam, sodass man zu viert damit keine zwei Mahlzeiten hinbekommt. Da muss der Geschirrspüler dann öfter ran. Immerhin ist der groß genug, damit auch die Töpfe rein passen.
Platz für eigene Sachen wie Lebensmittel oder Spiele ist kaum vorhanden.
Da leider keinerlei Mückengitter vorhanden sind ist ein Lüften unmöglich solange Licht an ist. - Zumindest als wir da waren, konnte man sich vor Mücken kaum retten.
Die Lage entscchädigt für Vieles. :-)

Gut fanden wir die Schlüsselübergabe und der freundliche Kontakt dazu, die Landschaft und den Ausblick.
Weniger erfreulich war, dass das Kinderzimmer sehr eng und klein war, ohne Schrank, ohne Fenster, ohne Platz zum spielen.
Alle Terassen sind eng an eng und ständig liefen andere Feriengäste hin und her an unserem Terassentisch vorbei, weil jegliche Abgrenzung fehlt. Man konnte es gar nicht draußen genießen, was sehr schade war und wir haben dann nur noch drin gegessen.
Im Schlafzimmer steht ein riesengroßer Schrank und bietet nur eine Stange zum Hängen an. Ein Mini-Sideboard steht noch drin. Der Matratzenschoner hatte Haare vom Vorgänger und rosa Flecken. Matratzen waren dünn, dass Lattenrost war leider deutlich spürbar. Freue mich heute wieder in meinem Bett zu schlafen.
Die Gegend war sehr schön und lohnenswert! Wir kommen im Herbst wieder. Aber dann in Binz im Hotel:-)) !
