Lovely getaway in a quiet village
Spacious, light, new-build with plenty of room for a small or larger family. Due to a last-minute change in holiday plans we settled on this property. Carmelina was on hand to check us in on upon arrival. What can I say? The (rocky and sandy) beaches are all within walking distance. There are plenty of farms and a farmer's market nearby to stock up on food. We spent most of our time in the sun on the terrace or on the beach, reading, etc., as a result of COVID. But with a terrace and beaches like that, who needs to move? The kitchen has everything you need to get by. There is no Wi-Fi, but the teen dealt with it admirably (good phone signal). My only negative point - if you're not used to dealing with it - was the gas (bottle) which ran out while cooking. Replacing it is a bit of a faff, but we managed to figure it out eventually, with some (phone and online) help from the owner. All in all one of our nicest holidays. Merci!

Quelques petites améliorations à prévoir dans l’équipement de la maison pour parfaire cette location : Barbecue, transat, parasol à changer car bien vecu.
Très bon séjour à conseiller pour les amoureux du Finistère Sud ou ceux qui veulent le découvrir

Toute la famille a été ravie de cette semaine passée dans cette très jolie maison : emplacement idéal à proximité des plages, jolie maison très bien aménagée dans laquelle rien ne manquait et dont toute la petite famille a apprécié le confort (nous étions 5 adultes et 5 enfants).

Das Gebäude ist jüngeren Datums und gut gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich nette, schnell reagierende und hilfsbereit Menschen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist teils hochwertig, teils allerdings auch von IKEA. Die Betten sind nur dann für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet, wenn man nicht mit Rückenproblemen behaftet ist. Die eine Wohnzimmer Couch war sehr stark durchgesessen. Es gibt genau zwei Erwachsene Schlafzimmer, wobei allerdings die Bettbreite der Doppelbetten dort für zwei durchschnittliche Mitteleuropäer kaum geeignet sein dürfte. Die Betten in den beiden Kinderzimmern sind als gut zu bezeichnen. Im fünften Zimmer das erwähnt wird kann man kaum längere Zeit befriedigend übernachten, denn es befindet sich im Keller ist dunkel und sehr muffig.
Wenn man davon ausgeht, dass unsere Vormieter das Gebäude in einigermaßen passablen Zustand verlassen haben, erschließt sich nicht ganz, wofür noch eine Endreinigung verrechnet wird. Denn uns war es unmöglich das vorhandene Inventar die Teller und so weiter zu benutzen ohne es einmal komplett in der Spülmaschine gereinigt zu haben. Auch die AußenFronten der Küche waren alles andere als sauber. Der angekündigte Grill erwies sich als in einem so schlechten hygienischen Zustand, dass wir es vorzogen einen neuen Grill für 20 € zu beschaffen. Die Liegestühle sind tendenziell eher klapprig und für übergewichtige Personen in keiner Weise geeignet. Schließlich ist noch ein Garagentor zu erwähnen, für das keine Fernbedienung übergeben wurde und das sich auch nicht durch Drücken der Knöpfe an der Antriebsbox öffnete. Es blieb nichts anderes übrig, als die Antriebskette zu entriegeln und das Tor von Hand zu öffnen. Dies war auch nötig, um die Gärten-Möbel für die Terrasse selbst nach oben zu tragen. Allerdings fragten die Vermieter, warum das elektrische Garagentor nicht mehr funktioniere.
Diese nebensächlichen Details sind zu erwähnen – man wird aber durch die grandiose Landschaft das extrem erholsame Klima bei weitem entschädigt. Man kommt als anderer Mensch zurück und wir haben wieder viel Kraft getankt.
Zu sagen ist auch noch, dass es sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Dorf gibt, einen sehr guten Supermarkt und sehr freundliche Bäcker.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à KerPoulhan. La vue imprenable sur la mer depuis la maison apportait un vrai dépaysement!
La maison très confortable et très bien décorée nous a permis de nous réunir en famille et passer de très bons moments.
Les propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants nous ont très bien conseillé sur toutes les balades et visites de la région. La semaine est passé trop vite...nous reviendrons !

Wonderful house near sweet little harbour
This well equipted house was our home for summer holidays. Two families (9 persons) had a lot of space in this really nice furnished and decorated house. We loved to go to the nearest beach for surfing, just a few minutes by car, or for a walk to the harbour. There is not even a village, just the harbour, with the best crepes we found there. We also enjoyed the market in the evening, with delicious wine and oysters. If you want a calm place for holiday, you should book this house from - not to forget - so friendly owners Axelle and Eric.
