West Lodge is a popular holiday retreat, located in Linrathen, Scotland. Near to the town of Kirriemuir. It consists of three double bedrooms, with each one having it's own traditional fireplace. The lodge can sleep up to six people. The property also has a bathroom, stylish kitchen, living/dining area with another traditional fireplace. Off-road parking is available for two cars, while there is an enclosed garden. West Lodge is a great place for families or groups of friends to explore what is a stunning part of Scotland. Note: This property is a 5pm check-in time. Bed linen is provided but guests need to bring their own towels. Town: Kirriemuir is located in the valley of Strathmore, known as the gateway to the Angus Glens, offering stunning landscape. The town is birthplace of novelist JM Barrie, creator of the Peter Pan and his house is now a museum looked after by the National Trust for Scotland. Kirriemuir offers an Aviation Museum, Glamis Castle and the historic Pictish Stones at Meigle, while the Angus Glens offer hill walking and climbing routes. There are also a variety of shops, hotels and pubs in the town and surrounding area, to suit all tastes.
