apartment NIKO 5 min to center

The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable for two people! The views are amazing and once you get your bearings it is very easy to get to the Old Town. Everything is close but you need to be relatively mobile as there are a lot of stairs (however, this is true for most places near Old Town). Our host Vesna is lovely and exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend a stay here.

Everything is great!

Communication by the host was excellent prior to arrival and we were given directions to get the property with fewer steps. We arrived by Uber from the airport and the host's ? daughter met us and showed us in. Location was closer to the City Gates than expected. View from the apartment was spectacular from 3 different windows! Views like this don't come without elevation and there are many steps to climb from the bottom road level, however there is another route from town that is more of a gradual climb footpath that brings you to the road above the apartment and then stairs down. (Still stairs to access the second floor though). Washing machine was great as we were travelling for an extended period. The owner checked in with us several times to make sure we didn't need anything. We would definitely stay again if we were lucky enough to come back!

Spacious apartment,incredible views of the old town and the sea from all the windows.Well furnished with everything one needs,quality kitchen equipment,very comfortable king size bed.The host,Vesna left treats and beverages,well appreciated!Thank you Vesna for making our stay in Dubrovnik a most enjoyable one.
