Spacious room with a kitchenette area, air conditioning, and a spectacular view of Dubrovnik. Warm and professional welcome. Note: there are a lot of steps to climb when returning from the city center.

Fantastic studio apartment ideal for a couple or solo traveller. The kitchen is well equipped and a great size. Similarly the bedroom is a great size and very comfortable. The bathroom is compact but has everything you need. The shower was very good. The views are amazing and yes as you will see from previous reviews there are a lot of steps, but that would not stop me from coming back. To be honest the walk down is very easy and due to the heat we got a taxi back to the apartment. Communication with Marinko was excellent and he also arranged for us to be collected and brought back to the airport which cuts out a lot of the hassle factor.

The view is absolutely incredible! It was so lovely to have a private balcony overlooking the old town of Dubrovnik and the Adriatic sea. The room was very spacious, with a large comfortable bed. It was nice to have a seating area and small kitchenette. Bathroom wasn’t large but was very clean and had nice bath products. Our host was very friendly, incredibly helpful and we appreciated the luggage storage prior to check-in, as we had arrived a bit early.

Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs!

El apartamento es hermoso, súper limpio y cuenta con todos los utensilios y comodidades necesarias para una estadía excelente. Durante mi estancia me tocó trabajar algunos días y el wifi funcionó perfectamente. Además, las vistas desde el balcón son espectaculares. En general, creo que ofrece una muy buena relación calidad-precio.

El único punto negativo, y algo que realmente recomiendo tener en cuenta antes de reservar, es el acceso. Para llegar al apartamento hay que subir un camino prácticamente todo de escaleras y la subida es bastante exigente. Estoy en mis 30, en buena física, y aun así me resultaba muy agotador, especialmente en verano y con temperaturas cercanas a los 37 °C. Había leído sobre esto en otros comentarios antes de reservar, pero no había dimensionado cuánto podía afectar el día a día. En mi caso, cuando salía por la mañana me aseguraba de llevar todo lo necesario para pasar el día fuera, porque volver al apartamento en medio del calor y después tener que salir nuevamente se hacía realmente pesado. Dicho esto, mi experiencia en el apartamento fue muy buena y las vistas hacen que el esfuerzo tenga su recompensa. Simplemente recomiendo tener muy en cuenta el acceso, especialmente si viajan con maletas, con niños, con personas con movilidad reducida o con alguien a quien le pueda resultar difícil una subida pronunciada.
