Apartment NIKO (5 min to center)

Wonderful location. Spectacular views, plenty of room. The host was welcoming and friendly as well as concerned about our experience.

Beautiful view of old town. Numerous stairs to the street from the apartment, but worth it for the view. Konzum store by Ploce Gate had a better selection then Studenac. Shuttle bus from airport was good. Stops very near the apartment. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very easy to communicate with the property manager. They were very accommodating, even though we arrived quite late in the night. The place was spotless, well furnished, and quite comfortable. Awesome view of the city and the ocean. Access to the apartment was easy with just a few flights of stairs, which is to be expected for Dubrovnik. We saw a lot of units around town that required several flights of stairs - this place is about as easy as it gets for Dubrovnik. The location was perfect, with good easy access to the Old Town. We actually enjoyed being just outside of the city walls to avoid the crowds and hustle & bustle of the Old Town, but it was less than 5 minutes' walk for us to get to the city walls and enjoy everything that Old Town has to offer. Overall, we had an awesome time and were very thankful that we chose this place.

This has to be the Best Place to stay in Dubrovnik! The windows looked down over old town and we felt like we were staying in a fairy tale! After reading reviews when I booked the apt I had pretty high expectations, yet the experience and the apt still managed to exceed them! Vesna is a great host and had great communication with us. Thank You!!
