The location of the property is excellent, right by the sea, and the view is absolutely beautiful. The host was very kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in earlier than the scheduled time and finished cleaning the apartment early to accommodate us. Because of its central location, it can be a little noisy in the evening, but this did not bother us. We arrived from the airport by bus, and a local bus departing from a nearby stop dropped us very close to the apartment. You can pay the local bus fare directly on the bus, so there is no need to buy a separate ticket in advance. The apartment also has air conditioning, which worked very well and kept the place comfortably cool.

The mattress was slightly sagging, and the pillows were a little thin. The water pressure in the bathroom was also quite low.

Stiff mattress, bathroom lacks shelving despite space, and there's a sewage smell. No dish rack, so cooking and drying compete for space. The terrace has a great view but cheap, uncomfortable furniture and no privacy — it’s practically shared. Loud until 1:30 AM due to location. Bedroom stairs are steep — not ideal if mobility is limited. It's in a lovely ZTL, so mind you luggage :) ; host suggests parking 20 mins away, but closer spots exist (patience). A tour guide recommended a weekly parking pass — info THE HOST should provide. OK for 1–2 nights max, but for the prime location, you'd expect much better care/management.
