Centrally Located: You'll be just minutes from Cape May beaches and a block away from Victorian historic sites, such as the famous Physick Estate. Take a dip in the large community pool (seasonal) or just bike everywhere from this central location. Numerous unique shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away, and to the center of town is a short, picturesque stroll. Just leave your car in the private garage.

Numerous services in Cape May such as Linen Ladies and Shoreline Linen provide linen service. Shoreline Linen can deliver the linen for you inside the unit, just let me know what you would like delivered. Their website detailing prices is at www.shorelinelinen.com. Alternatively, You can always bring your own. Also, during the off-season (usually after Labor Day in September and up to 3rd week in June) our cleaners do offer linen and towel service for a fee.
Policies: Suitable for adults and children. No Pets. Outdoor Smoking Only, please.
Please note that sometime in likely November 2026 the outside siding of the building is planned to be replaced. This will require the deck, not being available on that day and some noise at the unit for one or two days.

Our stay was very relaxing, just what we needed. The property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Short drive or longer walk to the beach and the Washington Mall full of great shops.The views from the back porch were amazing! We loved watching the birds and the beautiful sunsets. Would visit again and again.

Great location and beautiful views. Furniture was a bit outdated and uncomfortable and a strong musky scent thru out the house but overall a great stay

This property is decent but nowhere near as clean as it should be. There were flies everywhere the furniture was covered and everything was really damp and old. I guess the proximity to the still water was the problem but there were crumbs under the oven and just in general everything was very old and musty. We actually left the first night because one of our kids had a stomach bug but it was a huge hazard for little ones as there are outlets everywhere and really steep steps. In addition the upstairs was very warm.
