The location was excellent and Venice as a whole was amazing. The apartment was also very clean upon our arrival.
The very early checkout. When check-in is *from* 15h00 you should not demand checkout by 10h00. Also, demanding your guests to wash the dishes before they leave is not part of a good service. Having said this, I personally would wash the dishes without anyone telling me, but being an obligation to a not cheap stay definitely strikes odd to me.

Die Lage war gut.
Der Buchungsprozess war sehr kompliziert. Trotz Buchung über booking, musste nochmal ein gesonderter Vertrag unterzeichnet werden und eine Kaution mit Herausgabe der Kreditkartendetails hinterlegt werden. Wohnung war mehr als Standard. Die Betten waren durchgelegen, im Bad stank es durchgehend nach Abwasser. In der Kommunikation wurde stets darauf hingewiesen, dass man bei Verstößen gegen die Hausordnung mit Strafen zu rechnen hat, zB wenn man das benutzt Geschirr nicht abspült etc.
