My Place @ Faro City Views

Location is ideal, city centre, ten minutes from the harbour in a quiet area near to bars, coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment is spotless, and well equipped. Air conditioning proved invaluable during hot weather. Kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, fridge and cooker. André, our host, met us at the apartment on arrival late at night and showed us around. He checked by text during our stay to check if we needed anything. Faro is a beautiful city and not too commercial. We took a train trip to Tavira one day and a ferry trip to the beach on another occasion.

Generally quiet but one night there was some kind of outdoor music festival nearby which went on until after 3 a.m. Can't blame the location for this but it did seem close by

Location was easy access and short walk to Marina & train station Wonderful fresh food market in the square in front of the church on Sundays Host was extremely helpful throughout

No issues.

The location is perfect. You can explore everything by foot from here. The marina, the market, old town, bus station and train station - everything is within 10 minutes walk (this is with 2 small children!) The apartment has everything you need to cook, even salt and oil. Everything is very well thought out and I really liked that André took the time to show us everything when we arrived so there were no doubts during our stay.
