The kitchen boasts all new appliances, a bar with seating, and a large table. Outdoors, a boat dock features a covered boat slip, a dual jet ski ramp, and an upper sundeck. Two complimentary kayaks are available for guest use. A deck stretches across the back of the home, perfect for outdoor dining and watching the sunrise. The shaded backyard is ideal for kids to run around and play.

This home is unavailable for special events such as bachelor parties, fantasy football drafts, prom, homecoming, or senior graduation parties.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Dock details: The dock has a covered boat slip and a dual Jet Ski lift available.
