L’appartement bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, à proximité des commerces à Arcachon. Le balcon est également très agréable et appréciable.
Situé en bord de rue, l’appartement est assez bruyant, ce qui peut être gênant. Le canapé-lit n’est pas très confortable : nous avons d’ailleurs préféré, avec mon mari, dormir séparément sur les deux lits en mezzanine. La cuisine est plutôt exiguë, avec des plaques de cuisson très proches de l’évier, ce qui laisse peu de place pour cuisiner et égoutter la vaisselle. Enfin, l’isolation semble insuffisante : malgré les volets fermés, nous ressentions des courants d’air froid la nuit.
