About this house rental
2 bed townhouse in a pretty and quiet street, yet within a short walking distance of the Villamartin Plaza. 3 golf courses nearby.
Available for short term holiday rentals of 10 nights.
Private and perfectly located, this 2 bed townhouse with communal pool will suit couples, families and golfers.
About the property......
This lovely townhouse is on a pretty tree lined street with the communal pool literally a few steps away. Free from the chaos of a large complex you will be able to lounge around the pool and relax.
We have multiple outdoor areas for your use. To the front there's a 2 tiered terrace, equipped with a table and chairs and a retractable awning. There's also a large courtyard to the rear with a pizza oven /BBQ, dining table, easy chairs and loungers and parasols.... plus a roof top solarium (accessed internally). You can chase the sun all day long if you wish. Alternatively, there's the communal pool which is just a few steps away using either the front or rear access from the property.
2 air conditioned bedrooms; Bedroom 1 has a super king and bedroom 2 has 2 twin singles. Fully equipped kitchen, dining table, downstairs toilet, lounge with Smart TV, fireplace and air conditioning unit.
About the location:
It's an 8 minute easy walk to the nearest bar and just 12 minutes walk to the famous Villamartin Plaza where you have numerous restaurants, bars, night clubs and live entertainment. As well as entertainment and dining the Plaza offers a supermarket, hair and beauty salons and much more.
You have 4 world class golf courses within a few minutes walk or drive: Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Las Colinas.
The beautiful blue flag beaches of the Orihuela Coast, such as La Zenia and Campoamor, are just a few minutes away. La Zenia being 6 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bus or a 45 minute walk.
There's also the wonderful La Zenia Boulevard, the large shopping mall which is a short 5 minute drive or 40 minutes by foot. The boulevard is a modern vibrant shopping centre with high end shops, children's play zone, a huge supermarket, tenpin bowling, a casino and some very good eateries. For more casual shopping there are weekly markets.
If you wish to sight see there are bus trips to places such as Cartagena, Murcia etc;
Villamartin has everything you'll need such as bars, restaurants, pharmacies etc; The Plaza has an array of quality restaurants and bars, with evening entertainment. There is a permanent taxi rank at the Villamartin Plaza.

One of the best houses we have stayed in. Absolutely everything you could possibly need, from beach chairs and cool boxes to kitchen utensils ( and plenty tea towels! )Like home from home! Pool was lovely , very quiet , a truly great location for exploring; recommend Cartagena , Murcia, Guardemar del Segura, and favourite beach Cala Capitan. Loved meeting the parakeets whilst sunbathing on the rooftop solarium. Would recommend 100%

Excellent townhouse, seamless communication before our stay, thanks to Angela and Simon. Everything has been thought of in the house and this made our stay enjoyable. Pool was lovely, even has chairs to take from the house so there's somewhere to lay down. Highly recommend.

Lovely and quiet location easy walk to Villamartín Plaza the community pool was lovely sometimes we were the only ones there. I would recommend hiring a car as places you would want to go to were out of the way but otherwise it was lovely.
