Situated on the sunny San Siro hillside residence on the breathtaking Lake Como this property makes the ideal family holiday!
Guests can enjoy relaxing in the scenic tranquillity of the property or can easily explore the many central lake attractions.
The beautiful property enjoys stunning contemporary accommodation with a spacious open plan living and dining room furnished to an exceptional standard with stylish cream leather sofa and black leather chairs with a wall mounted SAT flat screen TV ideal for relaxing and entertaining. A fabulous dining area also features with French doors leading directly out to a sunny lake view balcony terrace providing the perfect spot for ‘alfresco dining’! The views are breathtaking and feature the unspoilt eastern shore and picturesque Bellagio peninsular.
A fully fitted kitchen provides all the desired appliances for a comfortable and enjoyable self-catering stay with a gas hob oven, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher.
The property boasts flexible and stylish sleeping accommodation with a maximum capacity for four guests. A spacious master bedroom provides guests with a restful and romantic retreat boasting high sloping beamed ceilings, a comfortable double bed with contemporary furniture and a beautiful lake view Juliette balcony, to enjoy the views from bed!
The second twin bedroom is extremely charming and attractive and boasts high sloping ceilings, two adult size single beds and a wardrobe perfect for storage. The accommodation is completed by two newly fitted bathrooms. Bathroom one boats a power shower, bidet, wash basin, WC, heated towel rack and washing machine. Bathroom two features a bidet and WC.
A private garage is conveniently provided for guests and shared facilities include a fabulous outdoor swimming pool with a sunny poolside terrace perfect for catching the sun’s rays!
The residence is ideally located just a short drive from the many central lake activities, attractions and amenities and a bus service also frequently runs through the town to the wild north and cosmopolitan south of the lake.
Water sport enthusiasts can enjoy wind surfing and kite surfing in nearby Cremia and local activities also include canoeing, boat hire, cycling, hiking, swimming, golf and tennis. The famous central lake attractions of Villa Carlotta and Villa Balbianello and the golden triangle towns of Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna are all easily accessible from San Siro and guests can enjoy the wide variety of fine lake view restaurants, pizzerias and country-style Agroturismos which are situated offer along the western shore.
Lake Como is also perfect for day excursions to the popular Ski resort of Madesimo, the fashionable capital of Milan and the surrounding Lombardy, Veneto and Ligurian regions. Train routes run from Varenna, Lecco and Como and the roads are excellent to Milan and Lugano.
Lake Lugano is easily accessible and provides sophisticated days and nights out in its cosmopolitan capital of Lugano as well as incredible hiking routes for panoramic lake view walks.

15 min drive to Managgio, not bad location. Has an easy access garage. Nicely laid out and spacious, Well equipped with Washing machine and dishwasher.

Wonderful trip at san siro. The apartment is well located and the view is just amazing !
We really appreciated having breakfast on the terrace with this view !!

Very nice apartment with a fantastic view.
Unfortunately the pool was not accessible due to technical problems. The pool was green with a barrier tape across and we assume it had not been accessible for days. We did contact Lake Como Holliday office the first day and the following days for a whole week but nothing happened. We were very disappointed and it was not the holiday we dreamt of. We were promised to get 20 % refund but we haven't got any money back yet - now it is 17 days we left the apartment.
