What a lovely place. The house is located at the lake with a direct access to water. There is a beautiful view from the house. Filippo is a great host.

Magical lake views.

We loved Casa Vacenza. The views are amazing. The accommodation is well equipped and very comfortable. There is a super comfy large double bed with a wonderful lake view first thing in the morning. The location is close to Menaggio and ferry routes. Parking is easy. Our two dogs were made very welcome by Filippo who is a charming host. Every question was answered promptly and helpfully. The whole experience was magical.

Amazing location but could benefit from some improvements

Lovely location right on the lake. Beautiful views. It's easy to go for a swim. Also fairly close to Menaggio (short drive). The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. It's nice that there are two bathrooms (one with a tub and one with a shower).

When we booked and paid for the place, we weren't able to check in right away because apparently they hadn't expected anyone to come so they needed to clean and we were told to wait 3-4 hours and come at 7pm. There isn't any air-conditioning or ventilators in the apartment so prepare for crazy hot nights. The owners live in the apartment above and spend a lot of time on the balcony just above the garden, so don't expect a lot of privacy. This was a bit frustrating for us. There are only 2 sunbeds in the garden and they're only for laying on your back. More furniture in the garden would be nice. In addition, extra towels would be nice. We only had two each and would've liked more. The kitchen is nice but doesn't have a lot of things you may need (e.g. salt and pepper). The apartment is located a fair distance from any stores or towns. Walking is possible but there are no sidewalks for most of the way.

Lakefront Appartment

Relaxing terrace with shade in the afternoon. Our small one enjoyed playing on the grass and in his small pool. Terrace has a fence which is good to keep children from running away ;) Direct access to the lake if you plan to swim. The apartment and kitchen is equipped with most things needed. Open kitchen and spacious living area. Very friendly and nice owners. Private parking on site. If you've got small children bring a high chair also mosquito repellent ;)

Bettwäsche war nicht gewechselt worden sie hat wirklich stark nach Schweiss gestunken. Mussten zuerst alles waschen. Es war nicht sehr sauber.

Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder .

Super Ferienwohnung . Netter Kontakt - Danke Andrea - er war immer ansprechbar . Es ist alles da was man braucht . Pure Erholung bei der Aussicht und abseits vom Touristentrubel ! Direkt über 5 Stufen im See . Super geeignet mit stand up paddle .

Im Hochsommer wäre eine Klimaanlage toll !

Wunderbarer erholsamer Urlaub in traumhafter Lage

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche mit 6 Personen und zwei Hunden. Es war einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Wir sind jeden Tag nach dem Aufstehen schwimmen gegangen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
