Renovated to the highest standard using natural local materials, the solid stone construction ensures a naturally cool atmosphere in the summer and cozy warmth in the winter.

The expansive 80 sqm (860 sq ft) west-facing terrace offers front-row seats to extraordinary sunsets over the Tanaro River valley, distant hilltop villages, and - on clear days - the snow-capped peaks of the Alps, including Monviso.

Surrounded by private hazelnut groves, vineyards, and lush lawns, the grounds feature two towering chestnut trees providing natural shade on warm summer days.

The villa thoughtfully blends antique charm with modern design, offering high-speed Wi-Fi throughout (including at the pool), a 4K Smart TV with Google Chromecast, and a portable bluetooth Bose speaker.
Ground floor: A welcoming hall with a grand luserna stone double staircase leads to a fully equipped kitchen (featuring a large fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine) with direct terrace access. The open-plan living and dining area with its fireplace offer a cozy, relaxed ambiance alongside a full ground-floor bathroom with shower.
First floor bedrooms (sleeps up to 8 + baby):
Bedroom 1: Spacious master bedroom with a king/double bed.
Bedroom 2: Family suite with a double bed plus a double sofa bed.
Bedroom 3: Bright room with two single beds and a baby cot.
Plenty of closet and storage space in all bedrooms.
Luxury bathrooms: Two full bathrooms upstairs (one featuring a soaking tub and a private balcony overlooking the Alps). Soap, hairdryers, fresh bed linens, and bath towels are all provided.
