Eine komfortable Wohnung an bester und ruhiger Lage in Gehdistanz zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten

Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stock in einem neuen Gebäudekomplex mit vier Stockwerken. Direkt am Jachthafen und nur eine Gebäudezeile vom Weserufer entfernt. In dieser privilegierten Lage hat es keine Durchgangsstrassen und sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten von Bremerhaven können bequem zu Fuss erreicht werden. Aus allen Räumen und vom verglasten Balkon hat man Ausblicke auf die Weser. Die Einrichtung ist modern und lässt nichts vermissen. Wir wurden von der Besitzerin persönlich begrüsst und sie war während unseres ganzen Aufenthaltes für uns erreichbar. Eine hervorragende Adresse für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt an bester Lage mit der Option auf einen eigenem Platz für das Auto in der grossen Tiefgarage.

Unsere wenigen Kritikpunkte betreffen nicht die Wohnung sondern das Gebäude. Der Architekt hat mit seinem Entwurf einen Wettbewerb gewonnen, wie uns gesagt wurde. Vielleicht wegen der äusserlichen Einpassung im Jachthafen. Wer aber mit dem Auto ankommt und in der Tiefgarage parkiert, schleppt erst einmal sein Gepäck eine Treppe hoch bis zum Lift. Ohne Fernbedienung im Auto muss ein Fahrer sowohl für die Einfahrt in die Garage aussteigen und einen Schlüsselschalter an der Hauswand betätigen als auch bei der Ausfahrt aus der Garage aussteigen und einen Knopf am Türautomaten drücken. Eine automatische Türöffnung für die Ausfahrt ging offenbar vergessen.
