Electricity / water / heating are included.
The city tax incurred in Bremerhaven is included in the rental price.
€ 100 deposit is due in advance. These will be refunded after departure.
Over New Year's Eve, as well as in the special festival week Sail, the deposit is 150, - EUR.
An underground parking space can be booked for a fee.

The open kitchen is fully equipped. WLAN and television are a matter of course. The entire apartment is barrier-free. A little greeting awaits you in the fridge.

The 30 m² balcony is oriented to the south / west and offers the great view sun all day. So you can enjoy breakfast in the first rays of sun and treat yourself to a "sundowner" in the last rays of sun.

Carefree all round, you don't have to worry about a thing. Everything is available from towels, bed linen to mineral water, coffee, tea etc.

This vacation home has been certified by the ECARF as allergy-friendly.
We offer you smoke-free and pet-free accommodation with carpet-free floors or short-pile floor coverings. We provide protective covers for mattresses, duvets and pillows for mite reduction. Our vacuum cleaner has a special filter.

Your vehicle is safely and conveniently accommodated in the underground garage for an additional charge of EUR 7.50 / night (if available, please inquire when booking).

It couldn't be better!
You are in the middle of the harbor world, with all the sights, museums, restaurants and bars. From here you can easily reach all activities such as the harbor bus, Dicke Pötte tour and harbor tour on foot.

Stroll on the Weser promenade to the lido and let your mind wander on the sandy beach with a view of the ships. Even the zoo, the theater and the cinema are within walking distance.

If you like it a bit sportier take the bicycles (incl.) And take a trip to the fishing port, or along the Weser to the "Strandperle" or to the "Siebhaus".
