Clean and very nice . Really a cozy situation

Our stay at Cozy House was perfect. The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of restaurants and shops, and only a short drive to the beach. Vangelis the host is super friendly and was very quick to respond to texts if we needed anything. Really recommend this relaxing stay.

Spacious throughout, private garden & pool area (shady and cool in the morning, sunny through the afternoon), plenty of seating and storage, easy walk to local supermarket and restaurants, friendly village and host, cute neighbourhood cats!

The weather was so hot that the air conditioning struggled to keep indoors really cool, but it was comfortable enough. Occasionally the internet dropped out briefly, however most of the time it worked well.

First of all the house is looking exactly like the pictures. It is a very comfortable, modern and clean house everything you need is available. The place is a quiet area but where you also have a supermarket and a Taverne near by. Furthermore two nice beaches (Matala and komos) are just 10 minutes with the car away. The landlord Vangelis and his Wife Tanya are very welcoming and try to make your stay stress free! Not to forget is it the best Place to drink Raki. We enjoyed our holidays and recommend the house for everyone who wants to have a relaxed vacation and who wants the see Crete.
