About this villa rental
This stone villa is a structure that combines the characteristic features of Cretan architecture with artistic elements of modern design. The villa is surrounded by olive groves at the entrance to Kamilari and offers true peace and relaxation. It is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees, ornamental plants, and organically grown vegetables. It offers an extraordinary view of the southern Cretan Sea and Mount Psiloritis (the highest mountain in Crete at 2,456 m). Our Villa Gamma is part of the OLIVEN Villas family; Villa Taf and Omicron are located right next door.
On the upper level, the villa features an open-concept living and dining room with traditional furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds, which can also be used as a double bed) and one bathroom—the largest bathroom features a rain shower and a washing machine. In the center of the living room is a secure glass floor, allowing a clear view down to the lower level. On the lower level, you’ll find another bedroom (with a queen-size bed), as well as the second bathroom and the recreation and game room with a smart TV, PlayStation, foosball table, darts, and a ping-pong table. Please note that the lower level is accessible via a separate entrance.

Our family of seven adults had a wonderful time and the house was great. The hosts were very welcoming and kept in constant communication. They took care of all our needs and made for a very pleasant experience! The view has been altered by the construction next door, but the house and the island were well worth the trip! The weather was not too hot, everyone was very friendly, and we were able to have a relaxing time.

We stayed two families (4 adults and 3 children) and were very pleased with the house and location. The pool was fantastic and there were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance of the house.
The beach was just a short drive from the house and our lovely host Daniel helped us with car rentals with a good price.
Daniel was very helpful and accommodating. Overall we had a really good stay. :)

A beautiful villa in a great location. We were able to walk to the local village in less than 10 minutes which has great places to eat and a well stocked, small shop. Lovely view to the hills and sea with an easy drive to the nearest beach in 5 minutes.
The villa is well maintained and really comfortable with a lovely outside area with large table and chairs for eating, plus great sunbeds and a plenty of shade. The pool is clean and great for a family.
The teenage boys loved the downstairs self contained area with table tennis, table football and TV.
