“SeaClusion” is a beautiful ocean-side home only steps from the beach, perfect for your beach vacation! Easily accommodates two families.

Second floor: master bedroom suite with king size bed, private master bath and walk-in closet; additional bedroom with queen bed; and third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Also on the second floor: den with TV, games, and books; laundry and additional full bath.

Third floor has a second “master-like” bedroom with queen bed and adjacent full bathroom with privacy. Every bedroom has been newly furnished, has large closets and lots of storage. Modern open kitchen and adjoining great room with soaring ceilings. Great room and kitchen are spacious, flooded with sunlight all day, and offer great views. Ample cabinets and counter space. Kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, and utensils; new dishwasher and microwave oven. Front deck is right off the kitchen, newly furnished with table and chairs, and has retractable awning - perfect for morning coffee and lunch. Huge newly furnished and lighted roof sun deck, perfect for after beach or evening happy hours, offers great views of the entire island and beach.

Outdoor shower; and completely fenced-in backyard with full outdoor granite kitchen and bar (outdoor refrigerator, drawers/cabinets and sink), dining table, bar stools, and gas-plumbed grill (never worry about propane tanks). Garages are usable for parking cars, bikes, and beach gear. Rental includes use of our beach chairs, beach cart, and several beach cruiser bikes (no need to bring your bikes or rent here).

House is immaculate, beautifully landscaped, and has been recently repainted and refurnished. Hi speed WiFi. 1-minute walk to beach; easy walk to several restaurants, bars, shops, ice-cream, and WaWa, close to Bay Village.

Full-week rentals only from late June through Labor Day, partial weeks and weekends available for spring and fall. During summer, check-in/check-out is Friday. No smoking, pets, proms, or grad parties.
