This fantastic apartment offers 180 ° sea views.
Air conditioning with heating also allows you to bridge the winter in the mild climate. Spring and autumn invite you to the many hiking trails. It is a very nice mild climate before and after the season.
The Jato apartment is a luxury apartment.
All rooms are generously divided. The cozy double bedroom has a direct view of the sea.
The living and dining area is modern with a large dining table in the kitchen. The kitchen is furnished for vacation.
In the living area there is a sofa bed (2 people) and satellite TV.
Internet access is also available.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The apartment is flooded with light and has modern furniture. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area resemble a balcony in that they can be opened completely. This is called a French balcony.
This apartment has garden use and a grill as well as a dining terrace for all guests. In the garden there are sun loungers and a pavilion under kiwi trees.
The parking lot in front of the house is only accessible by a small vehicle, otherwise there is our parking lot 70 meters to the side of the house.
The modern bathroom with granite floors is generously divided with toilet and shower.
You also have a separate toilet in the apartment, so a total of 2 toilets.

Einfach und wirklich schön eingerichtete, renovierte Wohnung mit schönem Blick auf das Meer. Für uns zentral genug an der Stadt gelegen. Super Service vor Ort!

Wir (3 Erwachsene) waren vom 24. - 31. August 2013 in der Ferienwohnung Jato untergebracht. Die FW hat das gehalten, was in der Beschreibung versprochen wurde. Enfach nur traumhaft schön. Sowohl vom Wohnzimmer, als auch vom Schlafzimmer hat man einen genialen Ausblick auf das Meer. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man/frau so braucht. Die FW war sehr sauber und auch sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das einzige Manko war, dass es in der ganzen Wohnung leider keinen Spiegel (außer im Bad und das nur ein kleiner) gab! Die Betreuung vor Ort war durch Herrn O. sehr professionell und freundlich! Die FW liegt äußerst zentral, wenn man die gezählten 240 Stufen bewältigt hat, ist man direkt auf der Promenade von Opatija! Ich kann die FW mit ruhigem Gewissen weiter emfpehlen!

Wir sind zum Anfang der Sommerferien angereist und wurden direkt super freundlich empfangen.
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist dazu auch noch sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, hier hat man wirklich aufs Detail geachtet.
Handtücher, Bettwäsche und die notwendigsten Küchenutensilien waren vorhanden. Natürlich war bei der Anreise auch alles sauber.
200 Stufen nach unten bringen einen an die Promenade von Opatija, wo sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Strände befinden. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant "Ruzmarin" und der Strandclub "Tantra" in Opatija, sowie der Beach Club "Hemingway" 10 Minuten Autofahrt südlich von Opatija. Viele Tipps haben wir auch von der Vermieterin bekommen, die stets sehr aufmerksam und freundlich war.
Von der Wohnung aus hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Stadt, der auch nachts viel verspricht.
Auch die Klimaanlage hat uns oft von der warmen Sonne Kroatiens ein bisschen Abstand geschenkt.
Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und würden diese Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder besuchen.

Für sportlich ambitionierte Urlauber (ca. 200 Stufen ins Zentrum) ist die Wohnung ein Juwel mit einem unschlagbaren Blick auf die Kvarner Bucht.
Wir haben uns in der modern eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
